RE: Alternatives to bitcoin
This information about China banning ICOs might be bearish for some of the alt competitors, but it seems to clarify that Bitcoin and Ethereum are o.k.

So may be more bearish for Ethereum than bitcoin, since one of the only use cases for Ethereum, so far, seems to be that ICOs seem to "love" linking to Ethereum.

RE: Alternatives to bitcoin
Am I being really stupid for investing 2btc into Walton right now? They seem to have a good team, backing and a viable market. The coin has plummeted since the news, despite not being an ICO anymore and not being on the list.
