Found this the other day, and I was beyond shocked. 4chan's infamous /b/ created a guide for self-help and game tips. Going to start reading this as soon as I can for the politically incorrect humor, but would love some bros from the RvF forum to help me critique this.

I opened it up on my smartphone and you can zoom in for better quality. Quality isn't that bad in my opinion.

Nothing in detail, its like a Manosphere 101 study-sheet. I'd suggest reading it when nothing's going right for you.

That being said, its extremely accurate. If you're short on time and your life's falling apart, take a couple hours aside and read this.

I actually got a pretty sick idea.

How about we do a RVF Approved Self-Help Guide using this a base? I think it would be pretty cool for people looking on pointers and ideas on how improve their selves without having to look out on every single corner of the internet.

What do you guys think?

Not a bad idea at all, but we'd need one of the bigger names on the forum like Gio(would be godly to get him to hop on this), Tuth(he's done quite a bit of self-help threads), G-Manifesto(obvious reasons), Mechanico(again obviously), or even Roosh himself(next book idea mayhaps?).

Before we start comparing RVF quality to their quality. You gotta understand that 4chan is usually a community full of aspies and shut-ins.

So a book that teaches them basic shit like "How to take a shower" "How to shave" is good for them.

And it's good for a forum thats usually known for posting stupid shit, to have some positive things coming out of it such as this.

Nice breadth, very, very poor depth. If you're an absolute fuckup at life this guide could be your first step toward getting your shit together in all areas, but if you're not absolute worst-case-scenario in each and every facet of your existence you'll find little of value here.

It's not bad. Parts of it are hilariousm like the warning to girls considering dating a /b/tard that they may have very different ideas about what constitutes trolling. I get a kick out of some of the phrasing, too, like "penetrating object, vertically placed."

Some parts of it seemed incoherent and I observed blatant contradictions just skimming (one section advocates artificial-sweeteners another says advoid them like the plague).

It reads like it was written by aspies for aspies. In that regard it might bring them up to baseline normal social interaction, but most of it reads like theory on a normal life. Lots of generalities stated as absolutes.

Got to take into account this was made for subpar humans with little to no real social interaction aka Onegas/Sigmas. This will at least bring them up to standard. Also to the comment about experience, this is a guide to live a normal life which I think all of us experience.

Checked out the first paragraphs in "girls" section and the advice is solid enough, albeit in typical /b/ style. I guess it's useful for some hopeless basement dwellers.

This guide is for me!

I don't use soap when I shower (just shampoo) and I haven't used deodorant since I was 12.

I've got a fun shower tip for you all, though:

Step 1: when taking a shower with a woman, get out before her, but covertly switch the water from hot to freezing cold just before you get out (you can count on a short delay before the cold stuff starts coming out the shower head).

Step 2: Enjoy listening to the screams as you towel off!

Step 3: Repeat with the next girl or the same girl.
