One city that is big and still loves black and brown skin brothas is Vancouver. You have a first tier city with first tier women that have second tier city mentality when it comes to openness. I'd say that if you are trying to get fine women Vancouver and Winnipeg are the best pound for pound cities in Canada to go to. Vancouver is by far the better city for things to do but Winnipeg girls are fine as hell and may require less work. Winnipeg is also more diverse than Vancouver. You can find any type of woman that you want there.

Then Vancouver it is! I am not going to take 7hr flights to go "work" for women or even better, to prove myself "worthy" of getting into clubs. I can do that shit in Miami everyday and save thousands of $$$.

If you are referring to me, I never said that it wasn't easy to swoop. I have no doubt that you are correct. All I said was that one shouldn't be surprised if they encounter some racism. The prevailing thought is the Canada is very racially tolerant. This is true for the most part but I believe that one would find the most exceptions to this (if any) in Calgary. If you are making this just a general statement on this post, then I agree with you. Calgary would be a good place to swoop but I'd still say that others should be aware of this stuff.

You can't judge a city by a handful of news reports, but many of us on this site are getting impressions for places that we want to travel by hearing the opinions of others and making decisions based on that. Tell me what is different from making decisions on where to visit by reading about the experiences and opinions of others on this site as opposed to determining where to visit by listening to a few news reports? That seems to be one of the main purposes of the travel forum. I think that the entire point is to bring different perspectives and that is all that the news reports do. They give you a view through another lens in addition to the many opinions here.

Cities in Texas have/are changed a lot. It's conservative and racially intolerant image is getting a lot better. So that's worth pointing out. The comment I said is actually a common saying in Canada about Alberta. It's known as a conservative, whitebred, cowboy town. Though it is changing too.

Mixx, as someone who has spent a lot of time in Wpg, I would disagree with the quality in Wpg. I wouldn't say its better than other places in Canada. I think its fairly representative of Canada, not good, not bad....and certainly not great (but god damn is it easy!). Lot's of 7s, a few 8s.

Never go to Wpg in the summer because everyone goes to the cottage on the weekends and city nightlife sucks. The city nightlife sucks anyway, but it gets worse.

Knowing your affinity for blondes, you should really consider Minny. Minny has a lot of sexy blondes (traced to Viking/Icelandic blood). Girls in Minny have a great attitudes and respond great to guys from out of town, mainly because people don't really go to Minny much.

I agree with you on Minny. Icelandic air even has a direct flight their. Many Icelandic people I met tell me they go their shopping at that large mall in Minny. I am not quite sure the connection but Icelandic people spend a good amount of time in Minny. I have always wanted to check oun Minny for that reason alone.

I'd agree with the thought on Minneapolis, except for the fact that plenty of people go to Minneapolis. That one mall has visitors from around the world. Also Minneapolis is a major city with about 3.5 million in the metro. The high concentration concentration of major business headquartered here lags only behind New York and Chicago, and I'm sure Atlanta. It is a major Airport hub (national and international - top 15 for busiest in the world). Most people I know are from somewhere else. Trust me, we see much more than our share of people from other cities and countries (those just visiting and for business). The mall itself is where you'll find more visitors than anything else. The thought that not many people come here, is simply not true (not saying that your lying Luckystar, but the statement isn't correct). We have tons of transplants and many people that come here to visit. That being said, it's no Orlando or Vegas where people come here from everywhere all day long but we do get much more than our fair share. Trust me, people here aren't impressed that you are from somewhere else (number one because it's likely that they are from somewhere else), they've seen it all for many years now.

Regarding Winnipeg, I was born and raised in Winnipeg (with a stop in Trinidad in between). I know the city inside out. I now visit the city several times a year. You can get Brazilian, Argentinean, El Salvadorian, Filipino, Indian, Native Indian, West Indian, White, Middle Eastern, Portuguese and so many other types of women all in that one city. I've travelled extensively around the world (like many on this site). I've also lived in Minneapolis for over a decade. I've never had faith in the quality of the women in Winnipeg until I started traveling. The quality is there and it's really not hard to find it. I'd say that it does have better women than Calgary and Edmonton for sure. It runs into stiff competition when you talk about Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver (and it looses to these cities). I am still determined to get my somalian flag and I know that Winnipeg has a large East African influx. Last time I was there, I saw some somalian lizard with the perfect phatty and some trini dude was moving on her with the quickness. She looked like she was cooperating as well.

Guys, I appreciate your feedback on Winni and Minni (sounds cute), and with all the information I received, I am going to visit both cities. However, my expectations have been adjusted accordingly.

No. 1. I live in Miami Beach, and was raised in New York City - I really do not care about local nightlife of any other city, it will never impress me because of where I'm from and where I am today. Great if it's there, but so what if it's not..I'll get it when I return home if I want it. So long as there are plenty of women to sarge, I'd rather be fucking and fighting than dancing and drinking. So Winni wins here!

No. 2 I'll go to Minni for a recon trip, just to say I did so that I never have any regrets for not doing so. I gamed a girl who was from Minni in Sarasota a few weeks ago, and she was failry easy to please. Cool to see the nice attitudes women have up there when you compare them to Queen South Miami Bitches!

For some perspective, I too was born and raised in Winnipeg until I moved to LA and so forth. I know the city inside out as well. I've also travelled to Russia, Central Europe, Australia, as well as every major city in Canada and the U.S.

Firstly, I use to think Winnipeg had above average quality of women, I no longer do after my travels. It just doesn't have 9s and 10s. I don't even think that is up for debate. Even TO doesn't have many 9s and 10s. I also don't think the quality is better than AB, but it is comparable.

Secondly, a little known fact of Winnipeg is its surprising diversity. It has the largest filipino and first nations community in Canada. Large italian, greek, west indian populations. I know the middle eastern population is growing but not huge. South and central american population is overstated, deebow. It's not enough to mention.

Thirdly, it has always and still is the case that in the summer the hottest girls (typically white) go to the lake (West Hawk Lake, for example) with their friends and party. Most ethnic girls are still in the city, but the drop off is very noticeable. The city is simply more vibrant in May and Sept, than it is in the summer.

Is Winnipeg worth checking out? Hell ya, pussy does not get easier. But it is a small town with limited nightlife. Everytime I go back I can't believe I grew up there. Corydon seems so so small and people so so simplistic. Good place to raise a family though and bloody cheap.

Word of advice, summer in Canada takes longer to come, you might want to wait until June or July to be on the safe side. You might get some nasty Northern winds up in Winnipeg and compared to Miami, you will feel extremely uncomfortable.

I have fam in Miami and they came up to Toronto for US Thanksgiving and they couldn't believe how cold it felt, despite my repeated warnings.

Now Winnipeg makes Toronto feel like Miami in comparison. That's how cold it is. So, Mixx, for maximal effect (and depending on what your schedule is like) push it later for June or July just to cover your culo.

Nuff said.

Like I said. For Minneapolis, I'd say May/June. June may be better. I'd stay uptown or downtown but not near the Mall of America. Besides the mall, there's not much in Bloomington. What type of environment do you favor most? If you like night clubs, downtown is your place. If you like a nice outdoor setting, I'd say uptown (the nightlife is okay there too). I think that there are more women uptown throughout the entire day and night combined, but there are much more women downtown at night. Uptown has mad opportunities for day game. It's the place to be on a nice day/any day and most people start off there for dinner/drinks before going downtown. If you are strictly a night gamer, I'd say downtown. Lake Calhoun is a really nice spot to be at (a crazy amount of women go there and it is right next to uptown) .Let me know when you come, I'll roll out with you to the Mall and show you some spots. As far as the Swedish like colonies all I can say is that you'll see blondes everywhere. That is undeniable. I haven't seen any type of Swedish or Nordic population. I'm sure that there are Nordic or Scandinavian roots all over the place here but it's not like there a ton of people fresh off the boat.

Regarding Winnipeg, that's a bit harder, there is no central area where people hang out. Hotels are a bit convenient but the Corydon area would be nice too (especially for day game). Actually the warehouse district has some decent nightlife. I'd say that the confusion corner/corydon area would be best for day game and it's close enough for you to get downtown if you need to. There are still people who go to Assinaboine park on weekends but the Corydon area is probably your best bet. Actually, PM me. I'll give you some very specific details that you may be interested in.

I lived in Columbus for six years (1998-2004). I often wish I had stayed there. Unfortunately, the town took the dot-com-bomb hard. People forget that it was the home of companies like CompuServe.

People go to Columbus because it's better than anything else in Ohio. And just about every other place in Ohio is a hole, so there isn't much competition. The only other Ohio town I would live in is Dayton. And many people there have never been out of Ohio.

Best thing about Columbus is that it is mostly a GOOD traffic city. Even the standard drive times weren't that bad. They anticipated growth and built roads for it. And if you live in Clintonville (where I did for five years), you can get to anywhere in the 614 area code pretty easily in 45 minutes. Unlike other American cities, there was no talk of putting up toll booths; and there isn't any vocal anti-car lobby.

The Campus for Osu - it's huge...tOsu has it's own power plant and fire/police department. Check out the student center-brand new and state of the art..cost like 100 plus million to build...tons of brawds sitting around..

High St - millions of bars/pubs/clubs here
Short North/arena district- downtown - where the hipsters and creative crowd hangout...galleries, restaurants, bars galore
Grandview - this would be like the williamsburg, ny for Columbus...very chill area and laid back. Nice collection of independent restaurants with honey's sitting on the patio's with a book and dog...
Easton Town Center - like a outside entertainment - retail complex...has a bunch of upscale resturants/bars/clubs....more of the 23 and over crowd...ppl sitting outside eating/drinking...very nice

Of course, a lot of the places in the Short North are gay clubs and bars.
