Where to start with this one? I can't put up clips on my phone but damn. Does it accurately represent young guys? Hopefully it gets more guys acting like this to make it that much easier for guys who got a pair hanging.

It's actually a very accurate representation of most men. Most of the dudes that aren't virgins that I know now in college behave this way. Zac Effron's character seems like the least beta of the bunch.

I saw a billboard of it, took a pic, and just shook my head.

I just saw a few trailers with the dudes mocking the guy for going Bridgett Jones and getting emotional and hungry, so I don't know. That is pretty indicative of how guys sharpen other guys (Dude is getting mopey after a breakup, and his friends tell him to balls up and go bone chicks).

It all depends on the execution. The promos I saw could be misleading. At the very least it is a mainstream flick attempting to explore how guys relate to other guys. Could go positively or poorly. I suspect it will be like "Crazy, Stupid Love" and have some great red pill moments, but wrap it all up in a pretty blue pill bow for the audiences.

I hate the word 'awkward'. I'm sure it used to mean something, but it's been co-opted into some catch-all term for things dumb people perceive as different or uncomfortable.

The movie itself doesn't seem that bad. It's a comedy, so you have to have some goofy behavior to laugh at. And it's a Hollywood movie so you have to have some blue pill redemption at the end.

This is how most dudes live. Most aren't players. The weird thing is the idea that every moment of decision in life has to be "awkward." Seems like a generational thing. So many millennials grew up with every decision made for them and every bit of their lives scheduled that every normal adult decision and interaction is all of a sudden "awkward."
