Afternoon y'all,
I've gotten some requests from people to summarize myself, so here it goes.

--

I'm CaliforniaSupreme. 17 years young, obviously from California, and a male the last time I checked. I look white, have an athletic build and stand over 6 feet tall. Finishing up High School, turning 18 pretty soon. Plan is to go to college/uni and then head off to med school afterwards.

Religion and lifestyle:
I am Christian by birth, but Atheist/Agnostic depending on what kind of mood I'm in. Since childhood, my family has been centered around strong moral values, but not strictly Christian. I don't believe there's a giant old guy in a robe/toga sitting in his armchair in Heaven, deciding if I go to Heaven or if my ass is going straight to hell. I do believe that what comes around goes around; if you help others and treat them well, they will do the same for you. I live my life day to day just like everyone else, but I strive to make the next day better than the one before. As Jay-Z/Irish people say, "May the best of your todays be the worst of your tomorrows." I'm a guy who lives simply but wholesomely.

Morality:
I'm straight edge except for sexuality. I'm against drinking or smoking, mostly due to bad experiences witnessed in the past which stemmed from vice. I've never drank or smoked in my life and I like it that way. That's just me; I like to make sure everyone gets home at the end of the night safely. It's in my personality. I'm promiscuous only with people I trust well. I don't put sex and game on a pedestal, but I think it's nice to have some of both in your life.

Political/social views:
I'm an independent when it comes to politics but I generally lean towards the Republican side of things. I don't think gay marriage is cool but I say legalize it; not my right/business to say who can and can't get married to the person they love. I'm not a racist, if I tell a racist joke I can make fun of myself to go with it. Feminism: some feminist stuff pisses me off, for example I don't think women should get cheaper car insurance rates than men. I also don't think women make good soldiers/firefighters/police officers- not because it's a "man's job" traditionally, but because a man is generally better suited for the position. Men are generally stronger emotionally and physically, plus we don't have to worry about that-time-of-the-month and the shit that accompanies it. On the topic of immigration, I believe the borders should be closed and illegal immigrants should be handled much more strictly. Both my parents came to America seeking asylum; they went through hell to get here but they made it eventually. People shouldn't get it easy by crossing the border and staying here illegally, no matter the circumstance. If your life isn't in danger seriously, no exceptions. Wait in the line- speaking fluent English should be a requirement as well.

Attitude:
I'm a generally nice person, and I like to consider myself generous. My role models are Sean Connery, Clint Eastwood, and military men. I believe a man should be very clean-cut, organized, ready to tackle any situation, and willing to spill blood for their nation. A true gentleman does everything with precision. One quote that's stuck with me is "Festina Lente," literally Latin for "Hurry slowly." Many of you probably interpret it as "Slow is smooth, smooth is fast." I think it's a great motto to do everything in your life. Don't bullshit me, and I won't BS you.

I wish I had wrote something like this at your age, printed it out and put it in a sealed envelope to be opened 25 years later. Would be interesting I think. Unfortunately, I didn't so now all I can do is guess about how I saw life and myself at 18 and how it's different now.

I should probably take my own advice and do this at 43. Who knows, I might live another 25 years.
