I am sure many of you are familiar with Gervais but those who aren't might enjoy his material concerning acceptance of obesity

Ricky was fat (nowhere close to obese though) and got thin. By changing his diet and going jogging. Simple.

He constantly makes fun of fat people. And fat women for having nice hair and nails...like it makes them attractive.

This is his special for American TV - lots of awkward laughs as he's on a truth telling mission and fatness is the huge (pun intended) elephant in the room in the U.S. The first minute is great.
