Ladyboys on streets late night/early morning - either alone or in pairs/groups

These fuckers are actually pickpockets more than whores. Was just down in Phuket and this tall aggressive one saw me walking back to the hotel alone and blocked my path, followed, hassled, not taking no for an answer.

The cunts get in real close and may try to hug you - what they are really doing is getting in close so they can slip a hand in your pocket and grab whatever they can. This bitch in Phuket got my lighter (a really nice one, birthday gift) - had a phone nabbed a few years back by a pair too -

did not learn my lesson! Use real force to push them away if they don't listen to words. Just remember though, they are men and weirdly I've been told, often they are ex Muay Thai fighters so... caution at all times.

But if you find yourself being encircled, pushed and shoved just a little too much, get your hands right in your pockets and GTF out of there. One will go for back pocket wallet, the other front pocket phone. Just be aware.

Speaking of Phuket ill be in Bangkok after 1 week and i intend to go to phuket my favorite Thai city but my concern is Ive never been there in august so im concerned if the weather will affect the beach and etc specially that i like to beach game a lot so how is the vipe there nowadays regarding the talent on beach and streets ?

Maybe one of the guys living in Phuket will chime in, but from what I remember when I used to live there, the beach towns have significantly less tourists and even locals than the winter months. Why don"t you go to Samui or even Phangan instead - their rainy season starts in Oct.

It is off-season down in Phuket but there are still quite a few people around - Patong was heaving every night, weather was hot, normal Thai weather with occasional rain in the day time.

Lots of farang around (men & women)

Beach was good both day and night.

Ddin't go anywhere else in Phuket.

I was in Phuket in August. I did not like it at all. There was a handful of hot euro tourists, some nasty brit/us/aus backpackers, then tons and tons of pros. The place is way more expensive and they try to rip you off every chance they get.

Does any of you know someone in Bangkok living in a townhouse or house in Bangkok city, not suburbs? I've been passing some time looking at condos and then looked at houses, both townhouses and stand alone. Some of them seem excellent value, such as 200sqm in Ekamai (Ram-Intra) for 40.000THB, even comes with a small garden. Unfurnished, but that could be arranged at maybe 100.000THB, which split over 2 years would 4K extra. I've also seen cheaper as low as 30K in Sukhumvit such as Bang-Na or Udom-Suk.

I know a few that live in houses in the desirable central areas of BK, they are Thai, mostly wealthy, everyone is an owner and the property is large and has been in the family for years.

My ex owned a house in Bang Khen, (not a desirable district, but it's Bangkok) but even she was thinking of moving to the suburbs to get away from the crap you have to put up with when your house is in close proximity to other Thais. I think it's one of the reasons why Thais love well run condos and moo baans; let the management worry about rule enforcement and consequently no one loses face. Future plan is to build a house, but you can get that done for 2 - 4 mil baht and hopefully not too much more for a decent sized lot as an extra buffer between me and my neighbours.

I get it, you probably want more living space, but if it ever got to the point where I had to pay 40K baht rent out of my own pocket to live here, I would leave.

Ko Tao I've never been but it's primarily a diving place and small so... Can't imagine it's the best for chicks. Could be wrong..
Chiang Mai again never been but it's small and most people love it for its laid back vine and beauty. Again not an overt pick up spot.
Kpg had rin is party central for young back packers - you'll love it or hate it I guess..
Koh Samui is more conventional beach hotel, nightclubs.. More expensive than KPG but you'll know what you're getting..
Also consider phi phi - high turnover of youngsters partying and getting wasted every night.

As for the weather here...it's really hit and miss; has been for the last 5 weeks I've been here. Still perfectly pleasant.

Everywhere other than Patong is quiet; but then I like it like this...January brings every low class foreign scumbag to the island.

There are millions of Chinese here though and seem to be a load of Thais from other parts of the country here on holiday; my personal opinion is that unless you're trying to pull fat white girls, this would be a good time for a player to land.

Thanks Guys for the update , im still making my mind where to head to first after landing at Bangkok an the aim is the beach and gaming Euro chicks so my options is Phuket then 2 or 3 of the islands where the weather is supposed to be better that time of year .
