I'm not sure if this would be a good place to post this question, but has anyone else noticed that their personal messages have disappeared? Maybe I am the only one? I only have PMs in my RVF box from the last couple of days.

I did a search on the forum, and I could not find a thread on this topic.

One of the reasons that I purchased a lifetime gold membership was to be able to increase my mailbox size, so if there is any thread on the topic I would be interested, and if there is a way to recover the personal messages, I would be interested.

I removed the silver upgrade option and also the gold yearly option. The only upgrade option remaining is lifetime gold, which involves a one-time payment. I will re-introduce a Bitcoin option soon.

I am really glad that you are planning to reintroduce a bitcoin payment as an option.

At some point it would be nice to hear from you regarding your experiences in your previous use of bitcoin and maybe whether that has evolved..

I had already speculated in the bitcoin thread that volatility and administrative clumbsiness could be a few reasons for any person or entity to want to shy away from accepting bitcoin. Surely, protections can be put in place for both volatility and administrative difficulties, but any of the protections can take a bit of time to iron out.

For example, whenever I am expecting to receive a payment in bitcoin, I request that the payer inform me regarding when the payment will be sent in order that I can make a quick assessment regarding whether I want to sell right away or hold it.... so it is quite a bit more active monitoring than many people are willing to tolerate.
