You'll find that most women who are HIV positive will be on antiretrovirals, as they're free and WHO funded in most countries. I'd bet most women who are HIV positive don't even know they are HIV positive, therefore are not on any antiretroviral.

Can you back up your claim with any studies or stats that prove most HIV positive women are on antiretroviral?
