RE: Excellent metaphorical observation with Jesus nativity scene and wellfare state
Bible was written overtime by many authors. The stories probably evolved to appeal to the masses. Regardless of whether you believe in God or not, the character called God in the bible is definitely an alpha male tyrant/warlord.
I'm not a woman or closeted homosexual, so I don't worship alpha males, but I think we players can learn from the way God manipulates and games his people.
He demonstrates great power to scare them into submission. This is akin to shocking a girl by being incredibly attractive. Once he's set that frame, he can ask people do to crazy shit like sacrifice their first born. A similar sort of power is in effect when a girl is so attracted to you that she goes against her natural anxietyy over being a slut, and has sex with you in the bathroom of some bar, comes straight to your house without having ever met you, or showers you with tribute gifts like an iPad or corvette because you fuck her so well.

For anyone that is catholic, I do not mean to be offensive, it is just a metaphor. I too am catholic.
Mary has the son of god, Jesus which joseph takes care off.
God represents the absent alpha male father.
Joseph represents the beta male provider,
Joseph had trouble providing for Mary and Jesus because he had to run away from the Romans.
The three wise men coming to help out are a representation of the state coming to provide assistant.
And ofcourse Mary is the one who gets attention and support from four men and a god
Kinda freaky, but it is almost like the bible warned of this coming, like they were red pill themselves.
The prophets who wrote about it definitely were trying to hint at more than just a bunch of stories.
According to your metaphor, God(and Catholicism by extension) is encouraging men to be cucks: After all Joseph knew that the kid he was going to raise wasn't is and was cool with it. A good Catholic man should man-up and marry those hoes no matter how many dicks she's taken.
Also the bastard child that Joseph was raising was Jesus, the one who was going to die for all our sins. So are the authors of the Bible implying that illegitimate kids are going to save us all? Go to any hood in the US, fatherless kids can barely hold down a frycook at Wendy's.
I think you're thinking too hard about this, OP.

If I looked out my showroom window and saw a fully-nude woman force-fucking an alligator with a strap-on while snorting xanex on the roof of her rental car with her three children locked inside with the windows rolled up, I wouldn't be entirely amazed.

Agreed. After all, you have to remember Joseph, on the story, was deeply dubious about wifing Mary up specifically because she was pregnant. It took God himself speaking in Joseph's dreams, saying "No, homie, you take one for the team on this," for him to go and marry her.

What you state here directly contradicts everyone else in the thread. I think you made a typo.
1. Joseph was not a cuck because Jesus was not from another man.
2. Joseph did not plan on staying with Mary until he got the orders from God.
3. Joseph was so skeptical he refused to have sex with Mary until it came out a boy, which allayed Joseph's fears that he was not merely imaging things with God. And he named it Jesus.
Joseph was no beta, he was ready to dump Mary and thought she was a skank or a whore. The only reason any man should stay with such a woman is if God gives you orders to otherwise. Thus, it takes an act of God to tolerate a skank or a whore.
Betas tolerate skanks or whores without any orders from God, because they are weak despicable men.
