1. She was DEFINITELY INTERESTED IN YOU.
2. She responded in a way that you can be nearly certain that you got the right number in the end.
3. CALL her tomorrow or text her something short in response. You could call her a dork or something in response to her "Ew!" but it'd probably be better to just change the subject. Focus on logistics and meeting up with her again. Don't text her a ton. Assume she wants to make out with you again.

@AneroidOcean You could be right, but chicks can be very hot and cold. The girl that was all over you last week, can barely acknowledge your existence the following week. I've seen it happen countless times.
I had this exact same scenario a while back, and I also did the beta follow-up (but via text and phone not Facebook), and it fizzled out very quickly(ie. she disappeared), despite the fact that this chick was devouring my face the previous week.
But hey, if the OP has the right confident frame with this broad, then it might just work (whether the broad is worth it is another thing)

Another option would be to run MOAB game on her ass, that one could go either way, but has been known to resolve lost causes in the past, and even if it doesn't work, could be a lot of fun to see her outraged response! (cos she will respond)

And Aneroid and Amity, it could definitely go both ways. If a girl gets into you really quickly then she can also lose interest in you just as fast. What would be a good follow-up, in your opinion?

Getting into contact with girls is pretty tough, especially if I don't know much about them. I literally said maybe 5 things to this girl, started dancing with her, and then made out with her. I didn't even get her name until the time she gave me her number. I might try texting something back later tonight since it seems like I finally got her number right. After all I've got nothing to lose. If she doesn't respond then so be it.
