So to brake it down;

I think it's a smart idea.

Most porn is watched outside the West & many people in these countries haven't got that many opportunities to pay w/ PayPal or creditcards. Bitcoin might be a good option for them.

Of course, they might first find a way to get BTC, but that's another story. If they want to see camgirls, and they do, they'll find ways to get BTC.
