You have to understand where she's coming from. There's fat, then there's Hollywood actress fat. If an actress decides to chill between roles and eat like a normal human being, gain ten pounds on what was probably an underweight frame, she's called out by some tabloid as being fat. She's hypersensitive.

I think Lawrence, at her best, is an attractive girl. She's cute. She's not a stunner, but of course with makeup, hairstyling and clothes she goes up couple of points. As some of you have noted though, if she ever decided to just let it all go, she looks like she has the type of body that could get sloppy in a hurry. She has that double-chin potential, which makes you look even fatter than you really are. I was really disappointed about the haircut too.

Hey,

I can confirm that she has major issues with her weight and doesn't like people telling her to lose it.

When she was cast as Mystique on X-men: First Class, her weight ballooned while shooting and she was actually arguing with producers and the director Matthew Vaughn about it.

Lawrence was apparently a real arrogant shit about it as well.

The reason I found out about this was that it was my mates sister who was cast as her body double and was used for most of it.

Jennifer Lawrence is a 6.5; a stop-gap fuckbuddy or solid-if-unspectacular #2 in a player's rotation, gets the job done (IWB), but she's not high-end. She has a nice collection of average-to-good features, but nothing is truly great.

I didn't see The Hunger Games movies or read the books (I've had my fill of the 'girls are better than boys because all boys are dumb and all girls are special and full of magic...also all poor people are hardworking and noble and all rich people are evil' narrative) but...I mean it is called the Hunger Games, at least try to keep it realistic, within the context of the title of the story.
