I get this a lot lately because I've been seen with another girls in bars. I know it's a shit test and that she want's exactly that and I just smirk when I hear it and change the subject.

However, I'm curious. Is there a good funny/cocky/playful verbal response to that? Something like "That's why I'm promoting you to grape feeder in my harem" or similar bullshit.

You are already doing the right thing, smirk and change the subject. Being cocky and funny in those situations could lead to unnecessary arguments.

Not too long ago, I asked McQueen how to deal with this situation...it was for a friend who's an up and coming DJ (instant value and girls know lots of other girls want to fuck him)

Giving full credit to McQueen this is what he replied that may be useful to you.
