Goddamn, there's so many I could mention, but to name a few...

- Shepherd's pie

- Tacos de lingua (always with a cold Tecate)

- Potato stroganoff (ground beef, potatoes, cream of mushroom)

- Polpettone (an Italian meatloaf of sorts)

- Fish and chips

There's so many, I'd be hard pressed to come up with a reasonable top ten even.

I've never eaten horsemeat, but having eaten nearly every other common barnyard animal, and a good number of wild/game meats, it seems necessary. What's the current status of horse meat in the U.S.? I know there's been some controversies and whatnot.

Good call on the Indian cuisine, OG. My favorite is vindaloo. There's an Indian joint nearby that makes a great lamb and potato vindaloo over rice, with the freshest, hottest naan bread you can imagine... I'm a regular customer. The saag paneer is pretty damned good, too.

I also love the tandoori chicken, named so for being traditionally cooked in a tandoor oven. I always wanted to cook lamb chops and skirt steak in a tandoor.

Being paleo there's not much tasty food I can have. Everything is very basic and clean tasting. Steak with eggs is nice when seasoned with a little pepper. Chicken with sweet potato mash is a staple.

Actually any kind of sea food is a good bet too. Prawns on an avocado with water cress topped with whiskey Mary rose sauce is a specialty of mine now. Actually I'm going to make this for date night this week, I'll load a picture when I do.

The next time you are in the Columbus area, try a place called Massey's Pizza. It's a small chain, but the original place is still operational. To the best of my knowledge, it was the first pizza place in Ohio and puts all the others to shame.
