That's a strange list. I generally always try to fuck "9s "then going off that list but the girls I like to approach I view as 6s and 7s. Porn completely warped my reality of women. Those "5s" and "6s" and some "7s" on that chart I would have a hard time getting hard for even though most have nothing wrong with them. My thoughts on this is that porn has had a very negative contribution to my lifeas I used to use it a lot between the ages of 13-18 im now 20. It completely distorts your view of sex and after I used it I always felt terrible that it was a waste and I knew it was harmful.
Im now trying to cut it out my life for good I go through stages of not using it at all to using it once/twice a week usually after not pulling from a night out. That masturbation sucks energy is not true for everybody. Matter of fact is when I was in a relationship I gained weight and got depressed. Women don't give a fuck if guys use porn. Because - they feel no shame about sex. Most of them have shame that they are not more into sex. And most of them have shame thet their pussy is broken and it is difficult/impossible to make orgasm.

There does seem a philosophical split in the red pill community. It reminds me of the stoics vs. epicurean debates in the waning years of the Roman Republic. In a forum with such a hedonistic agenda, some of the recommendations are comically ascetic. Dont drink. Dont eat... Dont watch porn. Dont fap. Basically, sacrifice all in the pursuit of pussy. Not so fast, SpecialEd. The things you're talking about -- porn, masturbation, drinking etc -- are not all the same. And the reasons why people may or may not want to avoid them are not the same either.

Let me address drinking. As I made clear in the drinking wagon thread, the reasons I encourage guys who have been drinking hard to consider taking an extended and complete break have nothing to do with any kind of asceticism. Just the opposite. To quote from my OP in that thread:

^Moderation is key. I enjoy my vices...every single one of them. Sometimes they can get the best of you though. Getting 'on the wagon' is a good way to show yourself that your are in control.
