One of the challenges that I have to overcome is dealing with people actively cockblocking me. I will give a couple examples and see if anyone on here has a good strategy for dealing with any of these different situations. These situations are all different girls so try to address each example separately. Obviously if the girl in question was isolated these problems wouldn't exist.

1) You are trying to talk to a girl, but her female friends form a wall around her with their backs to you so you can not get close to her.

2) You are trying to close with a girl you just met who still lives at home and a parent or older sibling doesn't want you talking to her and drags her away.

3) You are trying to talk to a shy girl who is with a female friend, but her friend barks at you whenever you say something and doesn't let the girl you are trying to talk with speak.

Ok, so I thought about possible ways to deal with or prevent these situations from happening. Can anyone please provide any insight on these ideas?

For the girl wall, I thought maybe just wait until the girl is more easily accessible? Only problem with this one is I tried this method, and they all just left the club. For girls getting pulled away while you are talking to them, I was thinking the only way to deal with this is in a proactive way by number closing asap so you can at least reestablish contact later. I know many people on here will just say to move on to a different girl, but I think that should be the last resort if all else fails. As for the barking friend of a shy girl, i think body language can still show your interest to a shy girl even if someone else is trying to prevent you from speaking.

So how did I do in coming up with my own possible solutions? Am I on the right track? Thanks

You knew the answer. The above link won't help you get laid (if a bunch of girls actively form a wall around the chick you're after, chalk it up to the game), but it's a powerful weapon to help stop this kind of nonsense.

Per the above post. Cock blocking is something even a true master will struggle with at times. Unless you have a girl leaving a snail trail and ready to devour you like a ravenous wolf, a cock block by one of her friends can undo all that work. It's the kind of miniscule power trip women get off on.

What ever you do you can't lose your cool. Don't give her the satisfaction.

I should add that if you keep your cool and start talking to other chicks, she may sometimes return, ONLY if she's really in to you (as Vicious said). The idea is to be baffled, not angry, at their behavior, as if you truly cannot fathom a person doing this type of shit. I've had girls come back and apologize for their friends, and once even had a girl immediately apologize and let me continue gaming. This is definitely the exception, not the rule.

As to your idea of number closing, don't. Number closing is a last resort if you can't get the bang. By going for it super-early, you're creating an awkward artificial end to the conversation. After that, it will be difficult to escalate further.

thanks for the advice guys. I'll try to wait for the number close more often, but I still hate it when they get pulled away so fast without having a method to communicate again. I think it really depends on the vibe, like if she is in the middle of doing something else you need to just number close and let her do what she needs to do. Talking to a girl at checkout with a line of people behind you for example. I think it would be weirder to hang out and wait until she doesn't have customers. Case by case methinks. Sometimes you only get one shot or encounter and I don't make it a point to go for easy approaches all the time.

You're not going to get cockblocked like this during the day, your question was about night game. At night, she's either open or she's not.

Now you're talking about a cashier. Completely different scenario. She's obviously not going to quit her job to jump out and have sex with you, you'll have to get a number. Apples and oranges.

actually only the girl wall was night game. Scenario 2 and 3 were not at a club or bar. I tried to talk to this shy girl and her friend sitting next to her would answer for her saying stuff like "We're not very social". I could tell the shy girl was interested but her friend wouldn't let her say anything. I don't think me being rude to her friend who was barking at me would have gained me any brownie points with the shy girl so I basically just left.

If it's club situation then either..
1) they got their own issues they need to solve so I leave and come back later
or
2) it means I'm reeking of bad vibe and not adding fun to their night which is very common thing as guys very often trying to weasel into their litlte party [instead of bringing their own fun to them] so it's like a little leech hoping to be picked and adopted. Which is horrible in clubs.

In this situation I ask that person if I can say goodbye to the girl, then I turn the girl's back to her sibbling and discreetly give her my phone. I once did it totally under the radar, the whole group was about to leave the house, me and the girl were kneeling down tying our shoes next to each other and I told her my number speaking very quietly barely moving my mouth and she faked for searching someting in her purse hile putting my number in her phone. With such annoying friends either...
1) I tell her that I didn't do anything wrong here talking to her friend who's clearly enjoying that conversation so she needs to shut the fuck up and stop ruining her friends life,
or
2) I swallow my pride and compliment the bitch how good friend is for trying to protect her friend from random guy etc. This is more practical cause it totally surprises both of them in a positive way. It feeds her ego, completely reframes her intentions, makes you stand out a lot. But after all that surprising moment it's important to not get too caught up with disarming her and focus on your girl and be assertive and lead.

XXL, let me better explain the girl wall situation. the only girl in their group who had any guys talking to them was the one i was talking to. i only engaged the one girl, then the wall formed after they got bored, irritated, jealous, or whatever. the whole scenario happened in less than 10 minutes so I think they just werent having a good time at this venue and although i was making an impression on the girl i was talking with, the other girls didnt seem to approve. really what could i have done? try to engage the girls in the wall? try to go around and reengage the one i was talking with? or what i ended up doing which was disengage from the group entirely and try to reengage later which failed because they all just left

OK so at first they were ok with you being there. Next time try to keep an eye for how they feel about you. The wall haha doesn't happen in miliseconds. At first girls start gossiping and looking at you suspiciously etc. That's you cue to break their pattern and engage them in your conversation.

OK but if you miss those cues and girls get all standoffish then I'd playfully fight for my right to flirt with the girl.
- confront them by shouting at your girl "but you're my only chance for LOVE!! what are you friends doing? How can they stand in a way of true love blablabla..." so basically make a little scene mocking them etc or saying stuff like "don't worry girls I don't have a swine flu, you're safe" just enduring that attack without getting aggressive
- empathize with them by complimenting those mean cockblockers for being 'good friend' who care and protect their girl friend, just totally surprise them to throw them off balance, it's like a reframe, "OMG you're friends are adorable for trying to save you, my buddies never do that, how sweet" and play with that
