I would happily search through the football pitch sized area for the laptop. With a metal detector - it should be salvagable.

Dude if there was any real truth to it, the hordes of people that would descend on that place would make black friday sales look civilized.

I'd go search for a broken hard disk in a mud field for some high-quality porn. But Bitcoins? Naaaah. Can't be bothered.
