Start, logically, with the natural, non-chemical solutions, like getting serious sun on your back, drinking whole milk, eating fish etc...
Then, if it does not work, try the Benzoyl Peroxide 2.5% cream that Roosh posted about.
(And yes, do change your sheets and pillow cases quite often)

RE: Bacne
I recommend cutting wheat and non-fermented dairy out too.
I had an outbreak of acne after eating several slices of pizza, when I very rarely eat wheat. I cut out wheat, the acne went away. However, this was facial acne. Despite my face being mostly clear, my bacne is bad, as bad as ever.
I'm going to try getting more sun, and consuming more probiotics in the form of fermented vegetables (thread forthcoming on fermenting). The Weston A Price Foundation recommends fermented cabbage - http://www.westonaprice.org/ask-the-doctor/acne . Sauerkraut is very easy to make and eat. Sun has helped alleviate a different skin condition I had on other parts of my body.
I'm lazy, and would rather resolve the matter through tasty foods than harsh products. Plus, if food can heal your skin, it's going to heal other parts of your body as well.
