Long time lurker first time poster.

This is not a sob story nor am I looking for sympathy. I just wanted to plead to all not to do what I did. After my breakup I buried myself in work and playing mum to 3 young children. In the process I neglected myself and gave up on any social life whatsoever including the loss of friends. Now I am at a stage where I have absolutely no confidence in not only rejoining the social scene but even entertaining the thought of being with a woman. I consider myself the 46 year old born again virgin after not being with a woman for close on 6 years.

Two years ago I managed to get some 2 months off for myself and after passing my children off to my mum and sister I travelled around the world. I did get drunk in some places, very drunk,, and on 3 occasions I ended up with other girl backpackers. Not that I remembered what happened. I do enjoy the backpacker scene, even at my age. Anyway I have travelled again on 2 other occasions but for shorter periods each time staying at hostels. After a few drinks I have the confidence to talk to girls but the minute I start to sober up I talk myself out of taking it further. I must confess the girls are young as you might expect in hostels but they are receptive to a chat. Plainly put my inner game is shite. On my last trip I was getting on extremely well with 19 to 24 year olds – that is until I sobered up.

So please guys if you are in a rut, especially one which is recent. Get out there. Don’t stay home planning how you are going to game. Practise makes perfect and all the knowledge will not get you laid unless you approach. To make matters worse, if you don’t use it you will lose it. I have lost the desire for sex and according to the doctor it’s all mental. All the health checks reveal nothing. So please guys get out there – quick. Get over it whether it be a recent breakup, a case of oneitis or whatever and approach.

Funny, an Aussie guy I met in Lithuania told me about middle-aged Americans he met in eastern Ukraine. They were all there to meet wives, and not necessarily young smokin' hot wives either. Most would have settled for someone frumpy and middle-aged, but even so many got nothing night after night. He said one guy in his late 40s basically broke down in front of a bunch of 20-something backpackers one night at the hostel, warning them not to be like him, i.e. hesitating for his whole life with women. Sound advice I say.

So, you still have your life to lead now.

Get some Tongkat-Ali (an herb, look it up) and get your mojo back (desire).

Those backpacker girls are receptive. They will bang you (some). Age on the road means much less.

They aren't too young for you. Most women, and many men, don't ever mature much beyond their 24 year old minds. These women have the advantage of having 24 year old bodies though. Its all win.

You're not too old to get an 20 year-old in EE who looks like a model, and take it all out in her ( in a positive way) or her sister for the next 12-15 years. Hopefully, being that happy will rot your mind so much you won't care about getting old later.

The risks of bringing hot chicks to 1st world countries has been well-outlined here ( by me partly); but one of the benefits is parading her around in front of the womanwhales and - "lads", do you call them? Crass jerks who got better chicks than you did in UK or wherever you're from.

Yes, yes, sad: I'm petty and vengeful.

Don't worry about your age, and what life could have been like if you had lived it differently. Take the time to learn game skills now, and reap the benefits for the rest of your life.
