So i recently met this girl on facebook that I ended up sleeping with a few times and pretty quickly decided to break it off because I just wasn't feeling it and new it wasn't going to go anywhere. When I broke things off with this girl she accused me of using her, of being a player, of lying to her and about everything else you can think of. Any suggestions on how to break things off with girls smoothly when you know it's not what your'e looking for. There's plenty of pickup advice out there but I actually find breaking things off with girls smoothly trickier than meeting them.

Men, I feel this reaction comes from double standards which girls (and men) take for granted. If she had used you, if you were her fuck buddy, if she thought it was only sex... You'd be a despicable beta for complaining.

Rejection comes hard to everybody, so you might also cut her some slack anyway. Girls don't work with the category 'he rejected me but it's ok'.

There is some relevant advice in Bang which looks very reasonable if you want to break up but still keep an option for occasional sex with her. Personally I don't do that - going to your ex, even for quick sex, is considered a huge weakness in my culture, and once she's gone she's gone forever - but it may be different in your culture, and therefore more useful.
