Women have the option of saying fuck it, popping out a kid or two and staying home if they want.
The only option men have is ....wait for it ...work. So it's not surprising to me that the upper levels
of management are men.

Women can't commit to what they want for lunch let alone career.

Depends. If they're managing quite successfully while having a harem of girls at their work, why judge? Considering the obvious criteria of working there, that means they are either relying much on the talents of the senior management team, or that these girls are qualified enough to do reasonably well. If the former, they wouldn't have needed to hire the guys anyways; if the latter, then it's as it should be.

Aw come on now, there is not one male manager or support in that entire staff.

The entire senior management is male. This is just PC affirmative action at work.
