What was your experience like?

It's a pretty good way to spread your genes all over the place risk free. I was watching a news story about a guy who has potentially fathered 200 children through donating.

I have no clue why you would consider doing this. There's not much money in it, and you are facilitating the decline of Western Civilization. Don't bail out girls who were too foolish to have kids when they could or too undesirable to attract a father in the first place.

From what I hear guys make like nothing doing this, women can really clean up on this stuff. I've seen ads 5k, 10k, even as high as 25k to sell your eggs. Talk about carrying someone elses baby up to 100k if not more. Guys you maybe get a few hundred bucks.

Oddly enough despite the jokes about selling sperm for extra cash as far as broke people I hear it's surprisingly "competitive" for lack of beter word in who they allow to donate. I hear they want like 6' and up, prefer college degrees, etc. Kinda wierd as you figure the ones who need the money are college kids and younger dudes, if you got a college degree and stuff probably not hurting for cash enough to donate sperm. Also kinda creeps me out having children running around there i dont know about.

I might consider it later on. Black sperm donors are in low supply and relatively high demand so it may be worth the effort. That, and I don't mind the idea of having additional offspring this way.

Donating sperm is not as easy as just walking in, wankiing to Naughty Nurses 25, and you're done.
The buisness is VERY STRICT. They don't want average joe with average sperm. Lot of these clinics prefer healthy and intelligent 6ft+ guys. You have to provide medical records dating back to your GRANDPARENTS. They don't want their clients children turning out to be retarded, ill or any other detriment.
It is NOT a cakewalk.

My friend tried it, said the exact same thing. You have to qualify.

As the west goes bankrupt and women vote for more liberal govt.'s taking away rights from men, it is only a matter of time before...

A) The women vote in laws that allow them to find the biological fathers and force them to pay one way or another.

B) The govt. can no longer afford all these single mothers and is forced to go after the biological fathers.

Will it happen in our life time? I don't know, but it wouldn't be worth the risk to me.

You left out:

C). MTV does a show called "Generation Cryo," which begins a sea change in how we see sperm donor kids, leading to new laws, donor dads being outed, sperm banks being sued by furious kids, etc. This is a real show that just made its debut.

The various blogs of "cryo kids" have been questioning why they've been denied their heritage for years. Once this gets disseminated (heh) into the mainstream, things will change.

There's one thing that has always bothered me regarding sperm donations to lesbian couples. So these women hate me because I'm a man, they couldn't stand the thought of ever spending a night with me, they would rather have me dead and yet they want my genetic material to fulfill their biological needs. That is what would prevent me from ever donating my genetic juice. The idea of my child being indoctrinated by some repulsive dikes is nightmarish. I would never do that to my progeny--even for a few thousand bucks.

picture below--yeah that kid has a bright future with his two moms. He probably will never get to the rank of beta--more likely a sexually confused omega.
