Send her big baskets of cupcakes at work instead of flowers. Bulk her up to 200-250
then dump her because she's not the girl she was when you first started dating

No need to dump her right off the bat. Start small and get bigger.

1. Play with her love handles and fat. Jiggle it around and laugh at it.
2. If that doesn't work, tell her she is getting fat and to lose weight.
3. Give her some time to mak the lifestyle change. At this point, restart gaming (if you haven't already).
4. If after 2 weeks of no change (diet or exercise) then dump.

You can modify this depending on how much you like the girl. I have patience to afford.

you have to start the relationship off by saying you like slender girls and she better not ever get fat. and then keep saying it. and always say it. and be healthy yourself.

If a girl gains weight during the relationship: like McQueen, I find it as a sign of disrespect. I go to the gym in order to get stronger and maintain an image I am proud of, so she should be doing the same. If she starts slacking or putting on the poundage then I'll speak up and say something.

Like if she is going to town on a burger or eating some candy or guzzling a big ass soda, just go with "I can feel/see the diabetes." Seen quite a few girls look down at the food they are engulfing and immediately head to the nearest trash can.

Here's my quick story that likely won't apply, in full detail, to your situation, but maybe you can tweak it.

Around 2002 or 2003 I was living with two chicks...the whole one man/two bisexual women thing. Now, I'm the type to DEMAND healthy diet and working out. One of them started slipping. I noticed her gaining weight beyond my fuckable threshold. So for about a week, every time she wanted to fuck, I would come up with some excuse not to. Then later in the day, or the next day, she would hear me fucking the other one. Where we commonly enjoyed 3somes before, she wasn't invited. She'd try to fuck again, and I'd decline.

The next week I flat out told her that she KNOWS I have particular tastes and that she's not meeting my standards lately.
