I just don’t want to do it and there is no way of knowing if a girl is a working girl or not in Manila. I was tired of suspecting if the girl is a prostitute or a tranny. These things are rampant in Manila. Way more than expected. Way more than what I read in this forum.
+1 Completely spot on. Agree with all of this 100%. The positive wrap the city gets on here really had me curious about the place however...
These reasons completely deter me from the place and I've only been here a few days for this trip. Sure I've banged a few girls, and believe me I have been very picky with them too, since the average girl here is so low on the quality spectrum.
I walk through Greenbelt, Glorietta and around Makati and honestly compare it back to Taipei and feel a bit disappointed with the substantial disparity in the quality in the women between the cities. Maybe Filipino girls aren't my thing as the majority of the bangs I've attained are halfies or non-Filipinos.
But overall, it just doesn't appeal to me as a place I'd consider living long term or returning to regularly. Ok, sure, it's playing the game on hyper easy mode and maybe great for some guys who are purely searching for quantity in notches but I really don't think heaps of easy bangs with average girls or hearing girls quietly say "pogi" to their friends (Which I think means handsome in Tagalog?) when they see me will bring me any increase in happiness especially considering that the city is traffic hell, and probably not the safest compared to other places.
If you can crack the high-end social circles and etch yourself into that crowd then it could be alright but there's much better cities in Asia for lifestyle so you'd have to weigh up the sacrifice in terms of living standards for the pursuit of women.

RE: Living in Manila...
Last month I spend 6 days in Singapore then went to Manila.
The quality in SG is much higher than Manila. I was quite surprised
at the drop off. I am probably more into the Chinese look though.
SG is 20X tougher to get notches in. I would compare
SG to gaming asian girls in the US. Maybe a bit easier but
they know the game.
Just finished my 4th trip to PI.....I have employees there so
it was partially work oriented. Not going back anytime soon.
My issue with the girls in PI is not their looks as much as the
fact they BORE ME TO DEATH. Too sweet maybe.
Its a nice change after battling the Western girls for a while but
quickly gets old.

RE: Living in Manila...
The reason its hard to tell the difference between pros and non-pros was illuminated by this guy long ago on his Phils trip report...
(02-18-2014 08:16 PM)Global Entry Wrote: Not all of Malate is terrible but large portions of it are very desperately poor and/or totally P2P focused at every nightspot. Some guys I know like that atmosphere, because its like picking pennies off of the ground. As I've repeatedly said, the Philippines doesn't require game, but compared to Malate, there is at least a level of difficulty. The only difficulty in Malate is finding girls at night who are not pro or semipro (actually that would be a real challenge). I'd also point out that in my view, having travelled to 45 countries, where its very poor (the DR, Haiti, areas of the PI and Thailand), the bright line test between pro and regular girl starts to break down. If you're a white foreigner, they often ask for money regardless - why wouldn't they - the annual income in the PI averages less than US$400. If you give her $20 or $30, that probably is a month's rent for many girls from Malate (for her and her family).
I would mentioned that getting girls to come visit you, middle classed girls, would likely be more difficult if you stayed in Malate. Strangely, in the middle of all the KTV and other P2P stuff, there is Robinson's Malate, a decent mall that has some upper class condos on top of it. I know of some guys with some wealth that stayed there as they could day game right outside the mall, find lower class (income) girls and easily bring them right upstairs.
Tondo is not an option for tourists. Its a war zone, sub-saharan africa level poverty in many parts.
I've referral links for most credit cards, PM me for them & thanks if you use them
Strip away judeo-christian ethics ingraining sex is dirty/bad & the idea we're taking advantage of these girls disintegrates. Once you've lost that ethical quandary (which it isn't outside religion) then they've no reason to play the victim, you've no reason to feel the rogue. The interaction is to their benefit.

RE: Living in Manila...
Agreed that the vast majority of the Pinays are a bore. However, bright, smart, fun, educated, sexy yet sweet girls are there. You just have to look harder. If you're in the Phils, hang out at the Ateneo campus, specially law. Ateneo is a very prestigious university with branches all over the major cities in the country. While many may not be pretty or may be snobby, there are still some who have it all, beauty and brains.
Try also making contacts and building a social circle with middle/upper middle class pinays and get invited to their private parties. Additionally, you could attend the Chamber of Commerce events of your country (American, Canadian, British, French etc...) and you will meet people of a much different calibre than what you'd meet at a bar/club. Not to mention the smart pretty girls who gravitate in those circle.
If you're not in the Phils yet, take the time to pipeline properly and weed them out carefully. No doubt it will take a long time, but it's worth the efforts. FC (Filipina Cupid) and CB (Cherry Blossoms) have its fair share of pretty middle class girls with brains yet still sweet.
Yes the average pinay is not very stimulating the way a Russian or an EE can be nor as fun as a Latina, specially a Brasileira, but if you look in the right area, you can find your dream pinay girl. You won't find those at the bars/clubs.

... and be younger than me... (I'd say under 40-45-- that's what THEY (middle class hot Filipinas) say on their dating profiles.)
I forgot I'm old, again lol.
One of the first signs of elevation into middle class status is the desire for what I call the "peer" marraige-- to a guy close in age.
You CAN age out of having a lot of value for hot, smart chicks in the Phils. But not out of All chicks, luckily...

Yes Vacancier....10 years ago a Brazilian girl was the best in the world. Asian girls are just still, to get your balls drained.
Colombianas are damn good for a steady diet of fun, relaxation and entertainment.
But, in the end nothing like a Russian or Ukranian girl.

Finding your intellectual match is next to impossible anywhere. Let alone if you want her to be mentally stable at the same time.
Now being with an outright stupid girl is annoying.. but being with a girl who has a simple mind, yet is caring, sweet, loyal, great in bed and fun to be around regardless of her 'mediocre' IQ level is what I would strive for.
This applies to any country.
That being said, I too experienced that quality requires much more effort invested in the PI. But a man has to be really naive to expect otherwise.

RE: Living in Manila...
What do people mean by "intelligent"?
I think there can be a certain confusion between shared cultural experience and intelligence. Very different things.
There are enough middle-class girls with almost flawless English in the Philippines. For conversation alone, I'd say that actually makes them better than most other Asian girls. Try dating some East Asian chicks if you want to experience something truly boring.
Where are all these intelligent white girls anyway? I'd like to meet them!
PM me for accommodation options in Bangkok.

I am pretty sure I can land a job with an american company over there with my network. My main issue is the weather... I am a white, pale guy, scandinavian ancestors and don't tend do do well with really hot areas unless there is A/C available at most places.
What are your thoughts? Should I pass it up? Sounds like it gets hot as balls over there year round...
I've spent a lot of time working/living in SEA. Manila is maybe a little better than Bangkok or HCMC for heat. In the end, just think of it as moving to a climate like Atlanta (if you're from usa). The only question is how well do you do on a hot, humid beach with wind and natural beauty that will blow you away? For me, I could handle that since I'd always bring a cute honey and the beach opportunities w/ a puddle-jumper flight are so amazing. Manila/Makati is not as ideal for beaches. I spend a long time in Cebu, before it got as crazy popular, and the beaches were to die for if you bring a cutie-- but the heat also sometimes made you feel a bit close to dieing.
Stay strong.
