Spanish people are rare in Central/Eastern Europe, not Western Europe. Read my post on Slovania.

I have heard there are pockets of South Americans in Spain (for the longest time there was open immigration from certain Spanish speaking South American countries)

I saw one Indian looking Ecuadorean dude in Italy, he had been adopted as a baby.

When I was in Germany I met a few Brazilians and a couple Cubans in 4 months, but that was it.

RE: Hispanics in Europe?
Most big Spanish cities, and especially Madrid, have significant Latin American minorities. In some neighbourhoods (generally lower-to-middle income ones) they make up the majority. The mulatto/metzito ones are obviously easier to spot but it's hard to tell the difference between a Spaniard and say an Argentine or Uruguayan. There are certain bars/salsa clubs/parks where they tend to hang out.

Apparantly it's similar in Portugal with Brazilians and there are a fair few Hispanics in major multicultural cities like Paris and London. Percentages are much lower than big American cities though.
