Typically, any girl who goes to a club at least once a week is a complete bitch. That's basically the 'Type A' group. They have American attitudes and you need to really disarm their bitchiness.

Myst, Lava and Spark are 90% full of princesses. Luxy has less, but those are the only clubs worth considering for quality.

Taiwan doesn't have a drinking culture anywhere near that of Korea (and even Thailand), so it REALLY goes against Taiwanese culture when a woman is going out to a club so frequently. If you were to daygame, you'd find that most women really don't go clubbing.

In Taipei, there are SO fewer opportunities to drink than in any of the Korean cities I visited. In Ulsan (Korea), come 6pm the pavements were full of Hyundai workers and office girls downing soju. In Taipei, it wasn't the case.

The area I lived in (Banqiao) was a size-able self-contained area, usually referred to as a city. There were two or three standalone bars, and they were REALLY spread out.

No one went there, I have no idea how they made money. Taiwanese people just don't go for drinks like we do or the Koreans do (or even the Thai's). They go to Karaoke. Every girl you meet will tell you about their weekly trips to the KTV and how they drink that shitty bubble tea all the time.

So, if a woman goes clubbing frequently: the result is that she gets an unbelievable amount of validation from thirsty Betas every night. This makes her think she's a princess, and this forms the distinction between 'Type A' and 'Type B'. The difference is astounding.

In addition, Taipei's club scene is TINY for a city of that size. So this accentuates the problem. These girls will go to the same clubs week-in-week out and will consequently form 'standards' of what they 'deserve'

To really see the difference, you have to go to Myst and hit on ten girls:

For the first nine approaches, you'll do your opener and girls with either scorn at you, flat-out ignore your existence, turn away, wave their hands at you, or even shout "Your Chinese SUCKS" (That happened to a member on here :-P).

Then (like what happened to me one time) you'll get fed up, will walk into the small room and will grab a beer. You'll see a group of three 'Type B' girls walk past (you can sniff them out after a few months).

You'll use the same opener, and you'll be astounded at how nice they are. You won't have to neg them, and you can just tease them and have them all giggling and slapping you with minimal effort.

So yeah, the ones who go to the clubs frequently are bitches, but the ones who only go there for an occasion (like a birthday) are really bloody nice. The only exception are the 19 year-olds who girls who are new to the club scene.

A good way of sussing these girls out is to look at how they act when the club photographer takes a photo of them. If they pose like it's the tenth time they've done it this week, they're a Type A and they've got a few Taiwanese guys throwing money at them.

But, if the camera comes out and they look all shy and sheepish, APPROACH!

Taipei is do-able, you just have to screen well otherwise you're gonna hit your head against a damn wall.

And if you get fed up, just go to one of the dive bars and pick up a rat haha

Awesome data sheet! I will be going for at least one month maybe up to three months.

First up finding an apartment. So far, I've only managed to find pretty expensive and not impressive studios at around 35K if it is to be near Luxy/Daan, which I would prefer. Don't want to stay far from the nightlife.

Suggestions on where to find some cool cribs in Daan, for (absolute) max 1K usd, preferably less?

Just got back from my 12 day trip in Taipei. LeightonBlackstock is 100% on the ball with everything. Cheers for the info!

None of which to brag about unfortunately. My game was sub par this trip due to getting sick on the first day and drinking the tap water the whole trip thinking it was safe. Also the food isn't the best, i should have stuck to western food. I'm here in Taipei. Been here for over a month now. Analysis on clubs is spot on. I personally would avoid roxy99 as the quality sucks and its mostly a sausage fest + Type C girls (aka overweight) but if you need to get the flag, its an option on your last weekend.

Spark ATT is another beast by itself. Its the ultimate tease, where true 7/8's will dance with you, maybe even make out but going home with you is almost damn impossible. Even for the ballers who throw money on tables. Type A girl infested. Talked to a promoter and he told me how it broke down.

More on that later, I plan on dropping a datasheet after the weekend.

All in all, Myst is the best balance between quality (non type C) and ONS potential. Luxy for type C fatties, who you see go there all the time and hook up with different guys. More on that in the datasheet.

Yep, this is a big thing for Taipei.

Nowadays in Bangkok I wear some nice shoes, rolled up fitted chino pants and a fitted shirt. I don't dress 'up' anywhere near as much. Some of my shirts here aren't anything spectacular but I'm fucking anal with the fit, to the point of borderline OCD. Found some 800 Baht Uniqlo ones that don't 'wow' me but they fit like a damn glove so I wear them out.

In Taipei a VERY different approach is needed IMO. I was much more showy there: Shirt suspenders hanging down, blazers, white jeans, denim jackets with band t-shirts for contrast, high-top shoes...

IMO you need to be THE stylish one in the club there. You need to jump up above the negative 'white guy' stereotype. Whilst the xenophobia is nowhere near as strong as in Korea, it's there, it's definitely there.

The good thing is it's easily combatted: being the stylish one elevates you above the sausage hoard and gets you makeout galore on Luxy dancefloor (the hard part is just dragging one of those damn 7's home with you before they flake). (Granted, if you're big, you need to do less in regards to a style revamp)

Good report Kangaroo, agree with all of it 100%. Spark definitely has potential but it's just a fucking SHIT venue. So LOUD and TINY.

I'd recommend people to approach girls in the outside area, girls flock there to smoke and escape the claustrophobic atmosphere. Inside I just never had enough room to run any game and got tired of SHOUTING my opener. Not even enough room to dance IMO.

Even though this is an old thread (though a wonderfully detailed datasheet) I'll share my two cents.

Just as background, I'm more into day game and online game, which means I usually meet different type of girls.
I have yet to visit Taiwan, but in my last trip in China I had the pleasure of banging my way into a Taiwanese social circle, so I learned a bit about the culture.

The thing that surprised me the most about Taiwanese girls is their casualness regarding sex. All the girls I talked to were fully open to the idea of sex on the first date, even or especially when interested in a LTR.
To me this came as a surprise, as most girls I met in East Asia that weren't interested in casual sex were much more conservative.

When pulling from a club this subtlety may be moot, but it's important to keep in mind (Both from pulling possibilities standpoint and from damage control standpoint) .

Second important point, is to never fucking ever compare Taiwanese people to mainland China people.
Most Taiwanese people (especially young) hate China with a passion and consider mainlanders as barbaric savages. There is a good reason why Taiwanese people living in the mainland prefer to hang with their own.
Culturally I found them to be more similar to the Japanese than the chinese.

When I was in Taiwan, I noticed that there were barely any Western women there. Just a few tourists passing through.

I would imagine that any Western woman living in Taiwan would be craving sex pretty badly because:

1) Her hypergamy deems the local men not good enough for her, so the regular Taiwanese men are out of the question. Even is she came across a very rich local Taiwanese guy, he wouldn't be interested in her as he is able to access the beautiful local Taiwanese girls.

2) The foreign guys aren't interested in them due to the abundance of way better local local girls.

Nonetheless, to me it seemed that that vast majority of the foreigners in Taiwan were male.
