There's no point in using dating web-site in latino places. There people are out-going and friendly, and there is an "outdoor culture", which means you can easily meet girls everywhere. If a girl has some value, she knows that sticking on internet means she has no other chance to met guys in real life (and that guy who plays on-line are jerks). I include in these countries also Spain and Italy. (I come from Italy and there is no way you can find a decent girl on-line, unless you don't wanna go for the monsters or the mentals)
Different thing are places like Scandinavia and northern Europe, though people in Scandinavia are quite closed to meet people they don't know and who are out of their social circle, so even there dating on-line can be tough.
Best place to date on-line if you are a foreigner? GERMANY, NETHERLANDS and POLAND. In these countries, you can easily stack 3 or 4 dates per day always mantaining decent or high quality standards. In Germany and Netherland they may also be keen to let you slip in their bed the very same night.
Forget France, french girls like that kind of romantic street approach like the ones you see in Truffaut movies. (I heard that the most common opener in France is something as simple as: "you are a very cute girl, can I buy a drink?" said politely in the third person, "vous etea a tres belle fille.." ecc.)

Hi, guys, this is my first post here, however I have plenty of pipelining experience in Europe and Latin America (have been practising pipelining before I knew it was called that, for 10 years now) and here are my 2 cents:

I've been living in Spain for the last 6 + years and yea tuenti.com used to be a goldmine for me (it was the spanish equivalent of vk), however facebook has been slowly sussing it out of life. They try to keep it alive and afloat, and earlier this year they restrutured to make it look more like Facebook (which obviously sucks) and now you can't look at the girls profiles and you can only send 15 mails per day, but it's like shooting in the dark because you can't go inside their profiles to have a look at their pics and most of the profiles have been inactive for a long time anyway. So RIP Tuenti you've given me some good lays.

On the other hand, and I see noone has commented on that, Facebook has introduces GraphSearch. Now I know it's a service that's still not available to everyone but if you sign up for it you will get in a few weeks on your profile. Initially, I was megaexcited about that, because I finally thought we would get an access to the largest database of girls in the world and that would eliminate the need for any other dating websites. So, I signed up for GraphSearch and I got the service and lo and behold, yes you can type: e.g. 'single women who live in Mumbai' or even more specifically 'single women who live in Berlin between the ages of 22 and 35 and who speak English' or whatever you want and surely you get nice results it gives you a proper list of profiles .....and that's where the good news end. If you send a message to a woman who is not on your friends list then Facebook puts your message in her Other messages folder (which of course most people don't even know exists) and even when the message is there it doesnt give her a nice red warning that she has a message, there is a email notification but it's quite subtle and easily goes unnoticed. You have the option to have your message sent to her normal folder but then you have to pay like 1 dollar...right....well, of course, you could decide to first send her a friend request so she can add you as a friend first before you message her, but Zuckerberg has figured out how to screw you there, too. To begin, most girls will feel you're a just some random weirdo if you send them a friend invitation without any explanation and most won't add you back. Most won't but a few might, however before you decide clicking on 500 add as a friend buttons (so you can statistically get some response) facebook will block your account for 2 days after you send 30 such requests..and if you continue doing it again after those days, they will block it for 7 days, and so on the punishment increases..It annoyed me to no end, here we have the largest database of women (and people) in the world and it would be the perfect dating or pipelining website but the Puritans at FB quarters don't want you to have fun..

I've used both Badoo and Brazilcupid for pipelining in advance of my regular Rio trips. Mixed results. Here's my post-mortem:

Badoo is pretty much a mosh-pit, but the advantage is that it's free (for the basic profile), and your profile can stay up there basically forever. The problem is that, being free, there is tons of garbage on Badoo. I think it's worth it to have a profile up there but don't expect too much.

OK Cupid was better. Because it's a paying site, you're going to screen out most of the bottom-feeders. The downside is that most of the girls there seem to be in "husband hunt" mode. I did get a couple pipelined dates out of it, but no bang. Then again, I only stayed on it for a short time. One thing that has to be said of this site is that it is very simple, easy to use, and no-nonsense. I'd definitely recommend it.

The best site I found for pipelining in Rio was, believe it or not, Meetup.com. Has less of a meat market vibe to it, since it's all about groups meeting, friends, etc. But the vibe is relaxed. I went to a couple meetup meetings during Rio trips and got a bang and even some friends out of it. I don't know if meetup.com has other international areas covered, but I assume it must.

I think I noticed that http://www.hi5.com/ is by far the best for Peru. Looking through all the others, this one has by far the most profiles. For city fairly small like Cuzco, all the other sites like okcupid, pof ect have a pile of profiles that you can browse over in a 10 minute time slot any time you go to have a look. Hi5, I never get through the profiles and always get lost in sea of profiles and have not reached the end of the female only search.again this is Peru specifically and don't know how this is for other countries, in general, you might get more than most in all central south american countries.

What is the recommended sit for Colombia these days? Is it still ColombianCupid? Or is OKCupid any good (I'm looking there now and it seems good at first glance)? What about Tinder?

In Rio de Janeiro, I found OKCupid good for practicing Portuguese before arriving but nothing more. Girls tend to be quite serious about looking for that special one one there, which leads to a very slow moving interaction that never seemed to be leading anywhere (my story doesn't really add up to anything many of these girls want, and I can't be bothered lying).

I meet a really nice girl of Tinder and been banging her regularly since. I met a few others that I didn't like much or at all. A mixture of girls whose profile pictures flattered incredibly and girls who were cellphone addicts. The former group I'm reasonably sure I could have done some damage with if my standards were a bit lower / if notch counts were my goal, but that's not really my thing atm.

I almost always met Tinder girls in groups with their friends (in fact I think this is a kind of common way for girls here to have their first date). I find this quite difficult with my limited Portuguese and I don't think it's a very good setup for trying to bang. So I gave up on Tinder within a week or two. If I go back I will probably insist on Facebook details before arranging a meet, and I would probably push much harder to meet 1-to-1. I viewed it as a good way to learn Portuguese at the time, even if the date itself didn't turn out so well. Now, I have lots of people to speak Portuguese with so that motivation is gone.

I would still overall recommend Tinder though, at least for your first week or two here to get you acclimatized with dating culture here and to help with your Portuguese. The other websites, feel free to use them to pipeline before you arrive, but I wouldn't waste any time on them once you're here. Daygame, nightgame and tinder are all significantly more worthwhile.

Can you be a little more specific? What's your experience? Which locations? for how long? how old are you? Are you talking from a woman's perspective or a guy's?

Kind of hard to know how seriously to take your comments if we do NOT know much of anything about you, besides one amorphous puzzle of a post.
