It's free, though you can pay for VIP privileges (it allows you to see who viewed your profile and communicate with those people, as well as some other features), but I've done okay without paying. Recently, I have been using these sites to contact foreign women who are going to spend (or currently are spending) some time in Peru.

So far i don't complain about the results. I got one f-close in day 1 with a dirty blonde chick from Vermont, her Spanish was so bad that after half an hour we started to speak solely in English all the way until I got her in my bed. there was a thread on it but basically if you're white and above average you're in, if you're non white and in the top 5% looks wise for your race then you're in... Over rated site unless you're in an area that has a big showing on the site, in my area there was little selection, waste of my time but others had better results elsewhere.

Well I think something like 70% don't get in. Not so attractive girls can get in if they show some breast on their application photo.

I get a lot of messages from Brazilian women, they seem to love the site, the most applicants come from Brazil it seems. Haven't been very impressed by the their quality though, I personally reject about 80% of them.

For dudes if in any doubt, then get your shirt off and show some muscles or something.

I made a profile on simpatie.ro but ended up deleting it. You had to pay to send messages and I had 5 in my inbox after 2 days. It's very annoying working with translator on an entire website.
