How do you expect English girls to behave at a first meeting in a semi formal situation in general if they are interested as opposed to them being polite? Would it be a heart on the sleeve kind or more of a reserved vibe till subsequent convos? I was at an overseas skype call with this northern english girl, she's a realtor, it was kind of a business call related to renting property for personal use. There was a misunderstanding of the start time (due to the time zones) initially but I just got this nervous/slightly serious vibe from her throughout the convo. Tried to tease her a bit but it didn't quite work out, not sure how they respond to teasing..Some info on that will be good.

Kept it quite general for everybody's benefit but happy to answer specific details on this instance.

Man, all an English girl in London needs to do is hit the gym and she's got her pick.

Unfortunately most are busted by the time they graduate uni.

Thank Jesus I escaped from here for 6 months, it feels good.

@hazaer - I think it’s because many UK girls are awkward and some have some serious social anxiety problems (guys too). I also find it hard to decipher an English girl even though I’ve lived there for nearly 15 years.
