How do I open up a girl who does not like to be touched by anyone besides her boyfriend? She will laugh and have fun with me when we are in a group but will not respond to any kind of touching. She is 18 if that matters.

Why fight an uphill battle? She's obviously happy in her relationship if she doesn't want other dudes touching her. Your best bet is to go after other chicks. I assume she's a part of the social circle, so remain friendly and go for the rebound when the current relationship falls apart.

I think what he meant is that this is a chick who seems to be only comfortable with being touched by a guy she considers her boyfriend *in public*. Doesn't necessarily mean that she has a BF.
