95%+ of start ups fail, it's a record of taking risk, and losing. it's just now the internet has such a low cost to entry it can be done by many more people.

Of the remaining 5% that do succeed, you'd think this in some part may have to do with the attributes of the males in charge.

Once the company made by males reaches critical success, such as floating an IPO... then parachute women into a seat to bask in the success... but not the failure of the other 95%

It is entitlement, the can be no other way to view it.

Another point - Ron Unz, the editor and publisher of the American Conservative has done some great research on demographics, crime, and the white vote.

He shows how the white vote only goes to Mississippi levels of pure Republican voting in response to large numbers of black people.

But white people who live in cities and states with large numbers of other minorities, like of course Hispanics, do not respond the same way.

You are wrong in assuming that currently minorities are "united against the whites". While Anil Dash is Indian, what he's saying is what white male/female feminists say every single day on jezebel and countless other sites. Most of his supporters are white. This guy Dash looks like a consummate opportunist. I look into his face, and I see the pudgy-cheeked smugness of someone who has been programmed from birth by his hyper-competitive South Asian extended family to do and say anything needed to get ahead.

The truth is that this guy doesn't have any "ideology" (insofar as that word can be applied to him) other than advancing the numbers in his bank account. Like all opportunists, he senses who's in power (feminists, misandrists, the PC machine) and will adapt his beliefs accordingly.
The danger of people like him is that they have no core belief system, no moral compass; under the right circumstances, he throw anyone and everyone under the bus to get ahead. Dash is not a dumb guy, and the tech world really does need competent PR/soft skills people like him. He could be doing a million interesting and valuable things, but instead he's off burning his reputational capital saving fair maidens from the patriarchy.
