Hey guys,

I'm new to this forum but I came across the NN Blog a couple of weeks ago and felt home immediatly. I'm 28 years old, currently living in Germany. I'm running websites since 1999, started with a porn website and now running non-porn websites (seo / affiliate) my second passive income stream are stocks (value investing, not daytrading). I'm changing my daily routine and live the perpetual traveler lifestyle, starting next month. Since money is no motivation anymore, I'm aiming for something nice to share love, get something real done. I wanna start a camp / commune / resort for entrepreneur, escapists, free spirits, volunteer workers somewhere nice. To give you a roughly ideal what it's about: co-working space, social garden, animal farm, hostel / bungalows, bbq / cooking, fishing, diving, surfing, growing weed.

Things I've been working on so far to prepare everything: Moved my company to Hong Kong to save taxes and did everything to get a perpetual traveler model working: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Perpetual_traveler

Now I'm thinking about the countries I want to visit and keep my eyes open for a good location for the camp. I came up with some criteria:

Language: English / Spanish
Climate: 360 Days sunny / good weather / pleasant climate in general - not too hot or too cold.
Nature: Fertile, sea, lakes, rivers
Country: Safety is a factor, welcoming to expacts, easy to start a business, fast and stable internet connection.
People: Friendly, open, beautiful women. Best case scenario: More women than men live in the country ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_cou..._sex_ratio )
Money: Living costs should be in a good ratio
Food: Healthy, fast, cheap food culture (like Singapore)

Countries I've come up with so far:

- Malta
- Spain
- Canary Islands
- Mexico
- Ecuador
- Uruguay
- Argentina
- Colombia
- New Zealand
- Bolivia
- Tanzania
- USA (California, Hawaii)
- Panama

What do you think? Do you have more suggestions? Are you interested in such a list, too?

I'm really looking forward to hear your ideas since most of your guys have more travel experience than me.

Weather is a huge factor for me also. I fucking hate Bangkok weather.

I grew up in California and never gave the weather much thought, it was always tits.

I met some Scottish guys here in BKK and they were laughing that I said I hate the weather here. For them, the weather is great. For me, it is horseshit.

What about Lima, Peru? I read it is overcast for 8 months of the year, but the other 4 months is very nice. Anyone have first hand account of that?

yeah, I'm seeking cheap winter sun too. I've lived in California 15 years, totally spoiled.
It gets below freezing in Norcal about 5 days a year (evenings actually, not days)

Eastern Europe weather is a depressive person's nightmare.

This list is a bit of a contradiction. Not too hot, not too cold means you want to live in a place like Cuernavaca in Mexico. Its in the mountains, lush, and in an eternal spring. But it does not get 360 days of sunshine.

For that kind of sunshine you need a place in the desert.

I would be interested to know as well. I like the rain, so a place like Cuernavaca is amazing for me.

One of my partners is from Israel and the weather sounds amazing there as well.

I hated Australian weather. It was one of the factors that weighed heavily when I moved away.

Your ideal destination is Spain:
-Now they're recovering from the crisis,to the things can't go worst xD
-Check the cities: Alicante,Malaga,Valencia...they're big enough but aren't too stressful,they've everything you need.
-There is a great ratio of women and also lot of young population(very important universities)

From Cali also and have the same problem. I'm a big time weather nazi and I hate rain. This is why Medellin or Rio just don't work for me as winter destinations, they piss on you constantly. But I thought it was supposed to be clear and sunny during the Northern Hemisphere winter in Thailand. No?

I'm all about trying to chase the "endless summer", guys who go to cold northern European countries in the winter are a little crazy IMO. A buddy of mine is talking about going to Iceland in the winter time.... and the worst part is he's talking about going with his girlfriend. I tried to tell him about Roosh's adventures and the reports from the forum about Iceland as a fuckfest country, and told him not to go with his GF. Anyways, I don't get why a guy would want to go from NorCal coast winter, (low 40's farenheight, windy, rainy, and gets dark around 4 pm), to winter in Northern Europe where it is even colder and darker.

I get that in Iceland and Scandi countries winter is low season and thus cheaper, but I try to explain to him why he should check out a spot like the D.R. where it will be low 80's, sunny, and longer days. Personally I'd rather not be bundled up in freezing cold temperatures and dark ass days with no sun, when I could be snorkeling, chilling on white sand beaches, eating al fresco seafood meals, watching sunsets drinking cocktails... Really seems like a tough choice to me.

I'd love to do a 2 stage LA/Miami thing but on an international level. 6 months per, rain to a minimum. Problem is, I like them snow bunnies and there just aren't very many places that are warm in the Northern Hemisphere winter that have blondies I dig. Australia is way too much like America culturally, and that's exactly what I'm trying to get away from.

For spectacular cuties and weather my best guess so far is a Florianopolis/Odessa split. Yeah, Floripa is wet and that's a shame, but apparently it mostly rains at night and I'm a daygamer by nature.

Going more true latina opens up more possibilities. The Colombian coast has great sunny weather and cute brown chicas, known for their friendliness. Costa Rica is an expat haven, also warm and dry during the winter months. The Central Mexico Metros, DF and Guadalajara are very nice then too. Santiago has Los Angeles weather during our winter, but the returns on talent quality have been less than stellar. Will have to go see for myself. But one thing's for sure, they're nowhere near as sexy in their look as Colombianas or Brasilieras.

I wish I liked Asian girls so I could put Bangkok on the list. Fisto makes that shit look like so much fun.

This may be a little bit helpful, but overall the numbers do not seem that different to me.

Also, here is the Wikipedia link to the average age of countries - which seems a little more helpful and interesting, b/c if there is a low age in the population, then more young girls.
