Well here's a question!
So, I'm a junior in high school, and my overall goal is to get better with girls. My school is uniform only, and there's not many ways one can stand out. Also, it's a tight knit school, so everyone hears everything. Right now, my "level" in the high school hierarchy is average. I have several friends who have girls just FLOCK to them nonstop, while the only girls who I'm with are friends.

So far, this is my plan:
1. I'm talking to every person I can, especially girls, so I can open up more and get better at communicating.
2. I'm taking care of my appearance, exercising and such. I'm working a job as well.
3. The only things that really make me "stand out" are my height (6'3) and the fact that I wear pretty nice watches every day. Pride myself on that

Am I missing anything? Any tips or tricks I can use to open up and talk to girls more? Build confidence? Anything is appreciated.

By the way, I'm straight edge- I don't drink or smoke. My school drug and alcohol piss tests. I won't drink or smoke, as I'm not comfortable with it.

When it comes to uniforms, wear them like a man and not like a 'cool kid' (the irony isn't lost on me). Don't let your pants sag and if you have to tuck it in, tuck it in well. Learn how to tie your tie properly (if there is is a tie required) and never let it sag below your first button.

Also walk with pride, with a straight back, shoulders back, chest out and chin up. Even if you're not that good-looking, people will notice you.

I was in your situation just a few years ago. Knowing about game, but finding it hard to act because of the high school setting.. There aren't many girls to try things on, and you fear word getting around.

As a consequence, I ended up not doing anything in high school. It's not something I regret, because I started acting on what I was unsatisfied with later.

I think you should maximize your enjoyment of high school, and not worry about girls. That is easier said than done, since as a man you have testosterone which will want you to focus more on girls than anything else.

You should focus on yourself for sure:

- Socially; interact with everybody and make an extra effort socially. Speak louder (you can always speak louder than you already do), deeper. Get yourself to parties more often. Host a party!
- Fitness; workout more than you already do. If you lift weights 4 times a week already, make it more intensive and increase your volume, and maybe add in cardio 1-2x a week.
- Do something competitive; play an intense sport, join a fighting gym.

And lastly, don't be afraid to try and push it with girls right now. Flirt, and if you feel she is flirting back, get her one-on-one and ask her out. Don't over think this.

You will lose contact with 95% of your high school friends anyways 2 years after you graduate.

Well, our uniform are a school logo polo shirt and shorts or baggy slacks. I usually wear the shirt, shorts, crew cut Nike socks, and some Vans or something, and occasionally beige slim jeans if I can get away with it.

Game wise, I'm pretty basic. All the girls I know, I know as acquaintances or friends, I don't stand out particularly to girls. I play it like a gentleman: open all doors, greet everyone, etc. but the girls I act courteous to just ignore it I guess.

Read Roosh. Get Bang/Day Bang. Learn them. When you understand the underlying social mechanisms at work what you are wearing makes less of a difference, and you can leverage that to your advantage in a situation where everyone wears a uniform. Strong posture and a confident demeanor will be even more effective.

Like Nascimento says, work out, be social, and read a lot. You'll feel good, have interesting things to say, and be able to interact with girls. Those three things alone will put you ahead of the average.

I'm about your age (also in late high school) and I live in the UK. About a year ago (the start of last school year), I really made a concerted effort to embark on self improvement. I'd been lifting weights for 2 years and decided to also make an effort on dressing well, looking good etc. I found this forum about 6 months ago. Firstly, I would definitely recommend lifting weights heavily. It really makes you stand out compared to the rest of the guys in your class.
Also think about frame. Its hard to verbalise, but it just makes you give off a different vibe. For example, I have been working on my frame (controlling the thread of conversations, strong body language, thinking about your value). I think that lifting weights and doing a combat sport (e.g. MMA) helps a lot with this. When you make an effort to look good, and have a good vibe you'll definitely stand out. Here's an example to highlight this:
For most of my school career I haven't been too popular with girls. But things over the past few months have improved exponentially, to the point where I'm one (if not the) top guys at my school. Last weekend at a school function, this girl that I'd liked for years started literally coming on to me. I was shocked! She was completely sober, but was making an effort to rub against me whilst I was speaking! With any luck, I'll soon get the bang with her next time I go out. So if you have a good starting point (in my case a very fit body and a tall height and in your case being tall and hopefully fit), a little more self confidence and effort into your appearance will go a long way. Just read this forum and try to internalise all of the stuff on frame and confidence etc.
As well as this, if its possible where you live, I would recommend doing some night game. Since August I've banged two girls at parties, without very good game. If youre successful with this, and get with girls at parties, it should buy you notoriety with girls at school which will help you stand out even more.

There's some good stuff mentioned already.

But one thing I wanted to say is pay attention to your wardrobe and style when you're not at school. I know you wear a uniform on campus, but girls will see you around town, and if you look really good in your "civilian clothes," this is the type of thing that might surprise her and have her whispering to her friends about later after bumping into you somewhere. Sparks a bit of interest and suddenly she sees you in another light. I never went to a school with uniforms, but I imagine after seeing everyone dressed in the same clothes every day that it's a treat to see them in regular clothes, especially if they're doing it right.

Of course, she already knew you were cool, but just in case she didn't.

Make sure your game carries over into every part of your life.

And cheers on not smoking and drinking, man. Sounds like it's not completely a choice but if it is, stick with it and focus on maximizing the opportunities that count right now. You can get a great start on life by taking those early years seriously.

Just so you know, you'll be hit with shit tests left and right. Anytime you go ahead with significant changes in your style or personality in such a childish environnement (a.k.a. high school), girls ask questions and laugh at you in order to see if you're for real. Make sure you keep a strong frame and proceed with the usual non-giving-a-fuck attitude.

It is a choice, it just keeps me from doing it under pressure!

To each his own but I usually just ignore the comments/questions. Basically you're trying to show them you're comfortable in your skin. Start being a smartass about it and things could go wrong. (There's a very fine line between both). With time you'll gain more confidence and then you can mix it with some cocky lines.

I started experiencing with this during college. I would show up in class well dressed and in bars suited up. Since I was consistent with it and showed confidence, I simply came across as the mysterious guy who takes pride in his appearance. Nothing more.

Ignoring example:

(HB) Hey, what's up Mr. Serious, you had an interview or smth?
(Jura) (laughs) Thanks for the compliment, I'm Jura.

Funny line example:

(HB) (with sarcasm) I like the vest & tie!
(Jura) Thanks, I thought about wearing that black dress but didn't want to create a cold between us.

Both lines will annoy her because you didn't give her a serious answer. ("Yeah, I just got out of work"). She'll be annoyed and will try to learn more about you. At this point, she's all yours.

yeah. . you could go try to go through what's neccessary and go for a bang but. . .just play it cool for a while and see what's out there, explore other clubs, social circles etc. . .and if you find a really attractive girl that's into you. . .date her. You don't need to go out drinking etc etc. Just take her out to some fun spots and run basic game on her etc.

thing is you want finding women to be the last priority on your list in high school. . .that shit isn't important. Pretty much you gotta use high school to get you into good universities for free (by having great grades/SAT scors/extracirricular activities/getting scholarships)

You'll most likely meet women by doing all of these things anyway.

OH I FORGOT,

:TAKE A SALSA CLASS at your school, that could be one of your extracirriculars as well. Take it and get good at it! then continue taking it in college! Along with working out a lot, and the stuff I mentioned above. . .Hell if you get good at it, you good organize like a cultural whatever in a school asembly and do Salsa infront of everyone with your salsa club. by the time you get good enough to look good and you do this. . .you'll be like "boxgap steak" to many any more women there. You'll also get used to interacting with women, it'll take the edge off and people will notice you...they'll feel that you are way different than anyone else. . .in a good way of course.

Well. . . I wouldn't worry too much about people giving you "shit tests" You are looking to change for the better, so naturally your friends WILL change too. If someone is giving you shit and you aren't naturally funny/able to deflect it back, don't worry about it just be relaxed, agree, amplify and move on. Dont need to give them the cold shoulder but just, don't really react much to it. Remember, youve got shit to do, and don't have time to deal with socially inept people.

Also if a girl is giving you shit, she probably likes you, agree amplify, stay cool and relaxed (if you cant joke around back naturally) and ask her out if she's hot.
