Since McQueen's approach "isn't your style", and you have a problem with coming off as "creepy" or "sleazy", despite the fact you've got some veteran cats here telling you how it is, I've got the PERFECT approach for you.

Go up to her and say, "You know, you're the prettiest girl I've seen all day." This works even better if you happen to have some flowers you can give her. Follow it with, "I know you're probably busy and I don't want to take up any more of your time but I was wondering if maybe you'd like to go on a date sometime. Maybe grab dinner and a movie?"

Try this and report back.

It's not about the lines, I just gave you a structure to work with. If you're here for a routine that's not going to solve any approaching issues you have.
