I have JUST started seeing girl A, Sarah. I am getting vibes that include powerful feelings.

On Friday, I hit the town with an old friend, Mary, who I used to bang. Mary and I are tight and she's a great wingman.

We hit some bars, and are pretty wasted the pair of us when we drop by a place where I know Sarah works in the restaurant upstairs. The bar is in the cellar. Because I can make drinks, the bar awards me a free bottle of rum and whatnot to go with it. I drink one drink before I'm tired of rum and want something else, so the bar gives me permission to leave the bottle with them for me to pick up some other time.

I then think it's really funny if I write the note to go on my bottle. I scribble my name, date and then heart + bartender's name.

When I get back to bar two days later to pick up bottle, heart+bartender's name are erased, and Sarah has decided not to show up for a party I told her I was going to, and I pretty much expected her to show up for too. I haven't heard from her for a week since last monday, either.

1. The bartender and Mary have mutual friends. How likely she gossipped and the gossip got back to Mary?

2. Did I just sink my own battleship?

Jesus.. dude... isn't obvious why she's hurt? [I could be totally wrong about this but.....:]
A worrisome fact is you say you were wasted when you started doing all this....

1) You went to the place current GF works with an EX-GF. (How she might label the girl. Conversely, If you habitually have FB then she'll see you as a player. )
2) Left something in her environment saying you "heart" a THIRD [girl?] the bartender.
3) You "expected" her to come to a party.. you didn't invite her though you're fu king her?

4) I am jealous because this is a massive education for me how far you can go with ruthlessly dissing chicks before they finally can't deny how humiliated they feel and then have to go home and cry and ignore you no matter how well you were boning them. if I was 1/4 as insensitive as it seems to me you were, I'd be doing way, way better with women.

5) The way you treated her she might start thinking nice guys aren't such a bad idea. This is the kind of shit chicks start coming to me for therapy about, when they realize they are going for players and will never be happy if they keep doing that. It reminds me of this absolutely adorable young woman who was coming for therapy who caught an STD from her cheating BF and how degraded I could see she felt. And I don't mean playing around degraded like calling her a slut when you're doing her, I mean florescent-light degraded, when facing clinic staff for the treatment and looking like a tramp because of Mr. Player. I know you didn't give her a disease, but I'm talking about her vanity and how she thinks it looks.


6) The drunken scribbling that helped to sink you-- alcohol problem? DUI history?

Thing is the bartender and Sarah have mutual friends, but are themselves not friends.

So I don't know how likely it is it got back to her. Thus I don't know if the events are inter-connected.
