Hi,
I'm going to Bucharest with few friends for weekend,
I will appreciate if someone can recommend of:
1. Good location to stay, better withing walking distance from main nightlife area.
2. Even better, specific apartment, we prefer to get an apartment when each has its own room and in the middle kitchen and living room.
3. Gaming tips with local girls.
4. Day gaming, possible and where?
5. Nice hookers! (in case we wont get lucky)

All right Marco,
I've had experience in Bucharest. Me and my mate both got lucky here.
I have a Bucharest Report for some solid advice on the city. The girls here are fucking hot BTW, you will be blown away. Check out Control Club. Also, tagged.com is useful for picking up chicks in the city. Hope this helps... I'll have a chat with my Romanian friends and get more recommendations on nightlife...

Have a good time, but don't get your hopes too high up. Actually, your option #5 may be the best one. Get a local friend, a guy you trust, to find hookers for you. If you just call the escort clubs from the city guide, they will likely try to rip you off, as the rich foreign guy.
As Roosh noted in "Bang Colombia", it usually takes regular guys a few weeks in a new country to get a notch. Now, if you have mad sharp game, or just plain old get lucky, you may do that in just one weekend, but it's unlikely. Good luck, though.

OK, Bucharest ...

Looks-wise, it's no Paris or Milan, but there are some nice quarters untouched by Ceaucescu's bulldozers. In Bucharest you'll find some stunning 800-year-old Orthodox churches surrounded by hideous concrete blocks, and this mish-mash kind of makes Bucharest cool. And although it's safe, it feels a bit edgy for a European capital - you'll see what I mean when you get there.

Romanian girls are lovely - most look like a mix of Mediterranean and Slavic and many get the best features of both. I found the girls in Cluj-Napoca more approachable than in Bucharest but that's a standard capital city/provincial city thing you get worldwide. In Cluj I simply opened with "Buna ziua" and once they pegged I was foreign I got them to guess where I was from. It really wasn't that hard.

Bucharest has 2 main nightlife districts - both are busy on weekends but check out Nomad's link for more specific info.

i'd highly advise going on facebook, telling girls you will be there and ask their advice on where to go, then casually invite them along. you can have chicks lined up before you even get there
