So this girl been pretty nice for a while... been talking to her for a while - I ask her on a study date... she ups the anny and invites me to her house... I accept

later that week... we skip class together and go for a drink... Everything goes well But that weekend I cancel my offer to meet up with her at her place to study... I just cut it off blank and give no explanation. ( for various reasons - 1 being not knowing the girl well enough to be willing to risk going to her place)

weekend over day after I did actually let her know I wanted to go "but" afterwards... she acts like she doesn't care.
same day I decide to ask her to dinner... she says she'd like to but she really has no time - and doesn't see when she could possibly spare a couple hours time... (sounds like bullshit to me: especially now)

So later on (week or two) I ask her what she is doing this weekend - she makes it sound like she's busy but it's clear she could make time if she wanted to. She says she'll call me if she has time... (she doesn't)

Finally (after another week or two) I asked her again to go get some food after class - tells me she'd be stranded if she didn't get the ride home tonight...

So i'm sort of getting a picture here... She lost interest or something? What do you all think? Any comments appreciated.

You were afraid to go to her house because you didn't know her well enough? That's....odd.

Anyway, in the future, don't do study dates. There's too much friend-zone potential there.

Ok I am not trying to be mean, but it's pretty clear that you fumbled here.

If you didn't want to go to her place, did you suggest an alternative (your place? Library? Starbucks?). I mean you clearly had a receptive girl if she was willing to invite you to her crib.

Even if this was a friendzone situarion, you could have gone on a study date and bounced her for a few drinks near the end/ gone physical by giving her a neck massage ('my massages are out of this world' or 'you look tense'). No guarantees that it would have worked but it was still better than the weak excuse that you gave.

Better luck next time. Definitely keep the plans that you make.

@PacMan You would rather go on a DINNER date than meet up with her at HER PLACE?! I think you had a chance when she invited you over to her place where you would of been in close vicinity to her bedroom. If your not trying to get laid that's cool but if you are you need to be more opportunistic.

Not much to say here, you pretty much dug your own grave here. I'd suggest cut your losses and find another chick. If your to nervous to go over to go over to the next one's house I'm sure there's plenty of us on here that could take care of em, provided a 7+. Lol... Just gotta get some balls when dealin with these women...

Never know what may be waiting at her house. If anything happens there and the cops come - she has some crazy roommates - anything - It's a high risk situation. I wanted to get to know her better.

Anyway you all make it seem like canceling on her was the fatality. But she had little to no reaction to it.

So you all say I should move on?

You should really read up Roosh and check out these forums. Even though you cancelled on her and it was not a last minute flake, it still sucks. Most of us who are actively meeting women absolutely hate it when they flake on us, so I don't think that you'll get much sympathy here.

This one may be done - your choice on whether you want to invest more time, trying to recover.
