Sorry to have to break the bad news to you all. But this is the "guy version" of the indignation that greeted Tuthmosis' article on eating disorders.

Men don't like her so much that we've all made her a celebrity with 169 (!!!) reviews of her book and an article in the Daily Mail. This reminds me of that sorority girl that sent out that crazed email.

You know what happened to her? She got a book deal. What will happen with Quin? Probably the same thing, if not a talk show and/or a reality show.

If we want to complain about attention-seeking females like this, I'd suggest someone develop a private "back room" where only members can see what's going on so we don't gin up her Google results. The media doesn't see "good" or "bad" when it comes to women like this. They see dollar signs. We're putting the money in her pocket with these posts and with the Amazon reviews.

You're right in the sense that snark and hate are actually MORE attractive to publishers and tv producers. People pay attention and tune in as much or more out of dislike or hate than for positive reasons, especially if you're talking about "reality" tv. Infamy trumps fame more and more.

Good point. I recognise that we all hamster to various degrees. Hell, I'm sure I commented that I was doing it in a post the other day. We're doing it when we assume women's bad behaviour will naturally result in cat lady status. Some will meet that fate, others won't. The universe doesn't care about our notion of morality. Remember the girl the other day saying our PUA lifestyle means we'll end up alone in empty beds when we're older? Same thing.

I read the original Quin thread at the time. Girl's fat and low value. She works in PR, which is never a good sign. Noted her narcissistic fury when rejected. Commented, had a laugh, found myself getting surprisingly-angry when women were supporting her immature behaviour in the Australian media, then let it go and completely forgot she existed until now.

Her continued attention-whoring through theoretical books and reality shows - hell, her very existence, rich or poor, famous or not - will make absolutely no difference to my day-to-day happiness whatsoever.

I mentioned this in the thread about the Toronto girl dating guys for free meals: You can't shame a girl who is incapable of being shamed. Having any invested emotions into seeing random girls you'll never meet failing to live up to your standards, however shameless they are about it, will only drive you to bitterness and rage. Just refuse to take their toxicity on board. Mock, then forget.

This shit will consume you if you let it. Don't take it too seriously. I had to mentally step back not long ago and realise that it doesn't matter if the Lindy Wests exist. I'm not being forced to sexually-select these women. I'd pass them over. 2/10 WNB.

I've been reading Tuthmosis's twitter - he's a master at work. Dominant amused frame, with no trace of bitterness or true anger behind it, which would turn women off. Notice how hot girls are actually starting to defend him. I seriously doubt the dude's lying awake at night hoping his attackers die alone.

Although there's been a slight "change" to her story. She's now claiming it was rape.
