A few weeks ago...I went to this bar where my cousin does security. These two girls came that he knew. He introduced me to them. He went on to finish working while I chilled with them. One of those girls ask me did I want to dance with them. I did. One of the girls left to go somewhere and left me with the other friend and we kept dancing. She made small talk with me like was I from here? And what how school did I go to? I think I mainly had a social circle type in since my cousin does security there. After a little while, the girls said they were hot and they were going to get some air. I said ok. I chilled where I was at for a while. I then left because I had to meet somebody else. On the way out, I spotted the girls again. I said they give me their number so we can meet up there again sometime.

They looked at each other and one of the friends(the one who asked me to dance with them and had left us with the friend)looked at her friend and nodded like go ahead. The girl took my number and called me so I could lock it in the phone. I told my cousin to put in a good word for me. I didn't want him to hook me up because that would set me up and make me look like I can't talk for myself. I just wanted to say some good things about me. I kept trying to hit him up to see what they said. He dodged my calls for a few days and said that they liked me and one of the girls really approved. It was the girl who ask me to dance. She seem to be the one was more open and friendly. Let's call her Crystal. And her friend Amber. Amber was nice as well but it was Crystal who really open. I got Amber's number 3 weeks ago and haven't contacted her yet. I ask my cousin have they been up their lately. He said no. He said they come sporadically like every other to every few weeks only on friday nights. I don't think he is going to do anything for me anyway which is cool. Some people don't want you to see you succeed...not even family sometimes so I'll be doing this myself. I don't think my cousin knows I have Amber's number. The only reason I hadn't contacted her is because I have been busy with work. I wanted to her up to set something up for next weekend. I really want her friend Crystal since she is the hotter one and the one who was really into me. I am just worried that the 3 week gap from when I got her number may have fucked things up and made it seem like I wasn't interested. I also don't know how to go about saying I want her friend without seeming like I can't talk for myself. So can anyone give me any advice on how to go about this situation. I would really appreciate it. Thanks for reading.

You shouldn't have waited three weeks, as some, if not all, interest has likely been lost on her part. However, you really have nothing to lose by reaching out, so you should do it before any more time passes.

You don't even exist in their minds after 3 weeks with no contact. It doesn't sound like you laid a framework for a future meetup. Stop nagging your security guard cousin too. Use him to get the next girl group (2 on 2 most preferably), but this time play it right and follow the steps of seduction to increase attraction which has been said countless times on this forum. Also, run some daygame too, there's no way you should be still talking about cold leads 3 weeks later if you meet a lot of women.
