The answer is "sure".

If you are going to ask "if a woman who does not exercise at all gets pregnant, should she start a rigorous weight lifting regiment?"

I agree that she is attention-whoring and she probably expected some backlash, but I do like her quote at the end. I'll accept her transgression to put egg on the face of all of the fatties who "can't" get their pre-pregnancy body (probably wasn't great to begin with) back.

All of my friends who have kids now have fat girlfriends. Not one of those bitches dropped the baby weight, and all use some excuse as to why. Then they post those stupid fucking stretch mark "I'm a tiger! These are my battle scars! Grrr!" meme on facebook to feel proud that they got fucking fat while they were pregnant so their stretch marks are way worse than they should be. They all just ate like fucking disgusting pigs and gained way more weight than necessary, under the guise of being pregnant.

One of them even told me, while chomping down on a fried chicken salad drenched in ranch dressing, how she can't exercise to lose weight due to her blood type. She read some book that says if she exercises much she will get sick easily, so she should stick to less strenuous forms of fitness like yoga, which she never ever does anyways. Talkin about how her boyfriend is so lucky because he can go to the gym five days a week, which he does just to get away from her.

Having kids with a western women is the modern day form of slavery. I'd rather lose a finger.

This woman is at the extreme end. Because she's a fitness freak, she does the type of exercise most pregnant women wouldn't or couldn't imagine doing. At the other end are those pigs that use pregnancy as an excuse to eat any and everything they've ever wanted, under the guise of "eating for two." The reality lies somewhere in the middle. Unless a woman has a problem pregnancy, and is under doctor's orders to get bed rest, she can still be active. Like walking, or doing yoga or something. And eating properly. I don't really mind this woman attention-whoring, because she's trying to provide some kind of example. The shit backfired because most bitches are LAZY.

The real problem is the chicks that aren't active or in shape before they got pregnant. They are more likely to balloon up, never lose the weight, and then tack on even more. They didn't have the discipline to exercise and eat right before, so they definitely won't have it post-baby. Women that exercised and ate right before pregnancy tend to continue doing so during pregnancy, and their bodies bounce back better after having the baby. It's a myth that you have to drastically increase your caloric intake during pregnancy, though it becomes more important to eat the RIGHT things, and not gorge on junk. Bitches complain about celebrities that get their pre-pregnancy bodies back, chalking it up to having a trainer, money, time, etc. That's not really it. Their bodies bounce back because they were always in shape and ate properly, and they had the motivation to get back in shape because their careers depend on it. Other women have to find a different reason to take good care of their bodies - like pride and self-respect, if not health. Bitches find the time for all kinds of bullshit, but won't make time for some exercise.

Well... It's her first baby, i doubt she'll be so active with the second one. EAch time a woman gets pregnant all her ligaments get loose, my wife was told to be cautious about excercises because pregnant women DO get injured more easily. That said, I think they can still do a lot more than they're given credit for, but the doctor's fears are a great excuse for putting on tons of weight.
