See, i've always had this thing for mature women but i commonly get faced with the whole "I'm to old for you objection" and i would certainly appreciate some pointers to get past this. There is this smoking hot blond lady in the office that i'm just crazy about, by her looks you can tell she is pushing 40s but she's got quite a package, nice and firm butt , huge breast and her face is just beautiful. I would like to approach her but she happens to be a high level manager while i'm just a mid level sales executive which reduces my changes to talk to her in the workplace to pretty much zero.

Any guidance you cane give me to make a move on her??

You shouldn't= f'in minefield, she can have you fired for nothing instantly
and you are always guilty cause you are the male. Also, "power chicks" as it sounds like she is are not submissive at all, they may THINK they are, but it consists of them aggressively, almost angrily ordering you to f them.

Secretaries, or hairdressers, are WAY better sex partners-- they are not hugely impressed with themselves and often like being told what to do. If you want someone smart and good sexually you can always get a nurse.

On the street at lunch there are a million others just like her,

It's easier to find the ones that like younger guys and work on them, than to try to convince someone who finds it undignified to do you.

Inside people's minds they are craving all sorts of unconventional shit, the trick is to find the people whose needs complement yours and find the way to facilitate both of you getting what you want; 'cause she's saddled with that insulting "cougar" crap just like guys who like 18 year olds and are over 40 are called "creepy."

Come to think of it, that's another reason to game nurses, I work in the health care field and they see people get feeble, demented and die every day, and know the big difference isn't between a 24 year old and a 44 year old, it's between those who are still able to really live and everyone else.
