There have been some good ones posted but I personally like the ideas relating to renaissance best because it describes the section in one word while also sticking with the overall spirt of the forum.

Renaissance = period of great art, literature, science, and learning; what the section is about

Cultural Renaissance = a revival or rebirth of a particular culture; what the members of the forum hope to inspire

Renaissance man = a man who excels in multiple arts or sciences; what the members of the forum aspire to

So, I think just calling the section 'Renaissance' would be fitting but 'The Renaissance' or 'Renaissance Lounge', etc. work also.

I've been thinking the same for a while, I know the art of Manliness does a book club that you have to pay to join to keep out trolls, hopefully our monthly membership barrier would do the same. I'd be interested in hearing some RVF interpretation of books that are more in depth than the occassional reviews Roosh does on his blogs.

Roosh has an excellent choice in books. And I really dig his reviews.

As such - we could pick a book he has reviewed as a 'book of the month' since the overview that Roosh provides would make for a nice starting point.

The book is available for free online. I've been intending to read it for years, but never got around to it.

Works for me, we could run a poll of members who have participated in the book club before for the selection of the next book. One book a month isn't incredibly challenging so there shouldn't be any problem. Limiting votes for books to participating members will help screen trolls who arrive every month. Should we start this month 2 weeks in or next month?
