I was thinking of broadening the scope of this subforum beyond just books and including things like history, lectures (on Youtube), arts, film, cultural analysis, long articles, and generally deeper topics.

The question is what should the new name be? Arts & Letters?

I like Knowledge, Arts, & Letters, but it's much longer than the titles for your other categories; if it was my website, I would want some symmetry there.

But that may be a non-issue for you.

The term is missing from the Oxford English Dictionary, but it occurs in English since at least 1820. It may be a translation of the French arts et lettres.

Liberal Arts

Noun
1) Those areas of learning that require and cultivate general intellectual ability rather than technical skills; the humanities
2) (obsolete) the trivium and the quadrivium

I think arts & letters could work, although liberal arts is probably more appropriate. Knowledge, arts & letters becomes redundant.
