Hardly at all. I think it's genes, barely eating and a lot of walking. Ukrainian girls seriously never ate, especially at night. They all have goals of being stick thin. Numerous ones kept telling me they will never eat after 6 or 7pm, it is their job to be drunk and hungry, etc. Russian girls weren't so blunt, but I didn't see many of them eating.

Of course you will have your fatties and hipsters and the like but a lot of the better girls have killer bodies. I'm trying to think back to the girl I "dated" in Kiev, her body was unreal. It probably helped she was 19, I think she mentioned running at times but I know it wasn't much. She adhered to the not eating past x p.m. rule.

The gym I went to in Kiev, I'll never forget one day a girl walked in, eating an ice cream cone wearing a see through skirt with a thong showing. She got on the scale, licking the ice cream cone, weighed herself, then went and sat at a table and read a magazine. Then she left. For some reason that really turned me on.
