How many guys have been able to improve the quality of the girls they're able to get? Particularly guys that are a little bit older- in their 30's. I've been reading this blog for awhile, and I definitely approach more and think I've internalized some of the main ideas, but I still have trouble getting the kind of girl I really want. I'm average height, thin to medium build, make decent money, but just can't seem to bust through to the next level.

When I was younger a veteran at game told me that if I wanted to bang more girls I had to approach more and if I wanted to bang higher quality girls I had to live a better lifestyle. I think it really is that simple.

Lifestyle improvements can be as simple as exercise and better clothes or as complex as a better social circle and a more interesting career.

Yeah, thats pretty much it. The quality of the women in your life improves proportionally to the quality of the life you are living.

Zampano is right.

But before you hire a personal stylist and a personal trainer, you have to decide what "quality" is.

Are we talking merely prettier faces and better bodies?
Are we talking about a girl who's education and intellect complement yours?
Are we talking money?

or

Are we talking about behavior and personality?
Are we talking about someone you click with?

The first 3 are easy to screen for. It usually means changing your environment. Going to the mixologist @ the high end restaurant, instead of the local dive with the 2 dollar shots of tequila. Instead of the cheap mall, you got to the expensive mall. Instead of bars and clubs, you're trawling Charity Galas and fitness competitions.

But the last two?

How do yo find things that you think you want, but aren't objective and observable very quickly?

Great quote. As far as what I want, I do want want prettier faces and better bodies, but I do also want someone to click with. Sometimes I am able to pull 7's and 8's, but not consistently. It seems random to me.
