This is not the model Roosh uses in his book day-game. Sometimes I like to use "direct game". This is how my approach usually goes.

I use an opener such as "how are you doing?", she will gave an answer. Then I say " I just wanted to say high because I like your vibe". Then I will see how she responds, if she likes my attention I wil continue.

After that I procede to my main moat so to say. I usually ask these questions to build report:
-How was your day?
-What have you been doing today?
-What do you like to do in your leisure time?

Of course I don't race through these topics but like to extend it as much as possible. After I asked that last question.. I say "cool, like to meet up sometime do something fun?"

This is basically my arsenal. I like to think my arsenal out because I'm an analytical person and if I get stuck in the conversation I will always have a refence point to move on.

How much report do you guys build before asking her on a date or a number? Which questions do you ask normally?

Sounds like maybe you should consider using the model Roosh developed in Day Bang. It's a lot more effective than going up to a random girl, asking her a bunch of personal questions and hoping she doesn't run away.

Game chit chat, imo and this is following Roosh's book, would need more content, usually expressing some seemingly innocent interest in something the girl is wearing or using, e.g. "Hey, cool laptop, I heard that has a lot of RAM." This way you can indirectly talk about yourself. Making it all about the girl risks "creepiness," a vague female concept much discussed on the forum.
Standard chit chat would be "how are you?" or even worse, talking about the weather ("hot enough for ya?"). This is too likely to lead to a dead end, where the conversation can't develop further without taking a sharp turn.

During day game, I mentally build complete reports about most of the girls I talk to.

I post these reports in the approach thread.

As far a repoire, I try to build as much as possible
