I would say use common sense. If you sign up for a class action about yogurt and thhere's no proof required who's to say you didn't buy that yogurt over a two year period. Overall I don't think it's really worth anyones time pursuing someone cashing in on a free $10 class action. I think a great side hustle would be photography, specifically photographing "models". I've been looking for the last few days into getting a portfolio done (for a few reasons) and have come across a ton of websites and gigs. On that note, maybe the market is too saturated, but it's still worth a look into. If you already have a good camera than there's really no overhead cost.

When it comes to side hustles, I like the idea of mixing business with pleasure. In this case you could seek out "amateur" models and by that I mean any girl who is reasonably cute. Go on CL, dating websites, or social media sites like Instagram (which would be perfect). Tell them you're looking to practice your skills and will charge them a cheaper price then other agencies.
There was some thread a while back here where a guy in Argentina did a photo shoot to get laid or something like that. Take this idea, but charge money.

I know nothing about photography or the industry, but this seems like a good idea imo, let's see if you guys go anywhere with it.

Honestly the money is in wedding photography, even as a somewhat of an amatuer. I know a kid who works for homeland security in IT and on the weekends does weddings. He's a pretty good photographer, has good equipment but he's like early 20's hardly some seasoned well known photographer and books more jobs than he knows what to do with. He makes bank.

As far as the photographing models, unless you actually are a good photographer and have good equipment and even a professsional space your going to come across as some creep trying to meet models. Also, most of these gigs are TFP or time for prints so you don't make money you provide the girl a free portfolio and she lets you use your pics for your portfolio. I used to work at a sort of casting company as a I guess you could say model scout for lack of a better word though I don't want to make it seem more impressive than it was but it was a cool gig and really learned quite a bit about the industry. We mainly booked small time stuff like print ads, some commercials, extras for movies or smalltime parts, even just promo gigs like handing out redbulls in the loop;

I found a free template for ebooks which basically sets up your title pages, table of contents which automatically formats so that when they click a chapter it automatically takes them to that chapter. ALso has the copyright info on every page and all that jazz. My first ebook was simply a word file turned into a pdf and uploaded but I've since been using these templates and they work out well.

Alot of my ebooks cross promote a website or product of mine while still staying within amazon TOS. I've done some presss releases and bought some fiverr gigs to have people tweet my books or leave reviews but honestly don't put that much time into promoting them I have too much other stuff going on. I do try to run amazon speicals like the free book giveaway which can get you on the top seller list and then when the free promo goes away you still got that exposure and can get sales. I also do the countdown deals where its say 99 cents first day, 1.99 second, 2.99 third and then back to origional price.

There's a lot of debate whether to join the matchbook program or that other program name is slipping my mind but where you give amazon exclusive righhts to the book and in turn people with prime can borrow your book and you get a small payment out of a pool. I havn't decided if its best to join those or not.

There's probably better templates out there but I found mine offered for free by some guy on Warrior Forum. Liam Nadens ebook template. I think you have to sign up for his email list or newslettter to get the template but you can always unsubscribe after you get it.

The flyer I got in the mail from Chase is for only $200 and you have to keep at least 15k in there for 3 months minimum. I hate to tie up that much money for 3 months for $200 but I think I might do it.

Honestly, I got in it because I was sick of people taking my ideas and passing them off as their own. I would hear, on almost a daily basis, someone I knew say something I had just told them a few days before. Hearing people tell them that's a good idea just burned my ass so much that I said screw it, from now on if I have a good idea in writing about it and getting it published, that way I have proof and I can tell a lot of people all at once. Might have been pride f'n with me, but it worked.

So, whenever I had an idea I would write an article and then send it around to see if anyone wanted to pick it up. Blogs, newspapers, news sites, etc. It worked and I just moved forward from there. Sometimes I would t make anything, other times I'd make a little. It's like anything else, you just need to pick up momentum.

Tickets to this Outkast concert in Atlanta are selling like fucking crack 1989. The first show sold out in an hour, so they added a 2nd show which sold out even faster. Not they've added a 3rd show. Lines at Ticketmaster are crazy, and the website is running slow as hell (assuming due to traffic). I got a tip to download the ticketmaster app for iphone to get the tickets, and in seconds I got them.

The hustle: duh, get the tickets for $68 and resale them on Stubhub for twice the price once they sale out at ticketmaster. You'll need to be able to download the app for quick tickets, and you need to act fast since the tickets probably won't make it through the night.

The prices on Stubhub for the first show were crazy, but people wanna be at this show, so they're buying them. Hell I was about to pay the Stubhub price before I found out about the 3rd show. Act fast...REALLY FAST.

-AirBnB your room (especially if you live in NYC)
-buy and sell tickets to high in demand events
-buy in demand shoes(Jordans) and resell on Ebay
-credit card offer arbitrage (ie: you could get X amount of bonus points if you spend Y amount in the first three months on the card)

Yeah did it a few times and with different banks as well.

Plus I then do the same for my wife..double the money!

I hate Chase but because they have free notarization I tend to keep an account open. What I do is look up on EBAY for the best Chase offer and buy it. Often a bigger amount.

I also open credit cards that give from 400-500 bonuses after I spend an amount that I would spend anyway.

I do it multiple times and use a service to pay my Fed. taxes for a small fee if I need to make a certain spending amount.

Not much money but I think I make at least 1 thousand a year doing it and not even leaving my home lol.

Higher one credit rating the best deals possible.


Used to o the borrow money and place in a cd hustle back when they had 6% cd's. Now not worth it.

None of the above is hard or even work..just takes memory and organizational skills and a few minutes of time.

In my opinion not only is this market saturdated but every tom dick and harry is on craigslist posting they are a model manager, photogrpher, etc just trying to pickup hot chicks and think that gives you some cool factor. This actually kind of ruins it for the legit guys and decent photorpahers out there as every chick thinks every photogrpaher on craigslist or wherever is trying to fuck them.

You can actually make some money with this as pretty much every girl has some aspiration to get into modeling nad most don't know where to begin but honestly your basically just taking advantage of and stealing money from young nieve chicks and the money isn't even really that good for all the efort your going to have to put in.

If you actually want to make money and not just try to pickup chicks wedding photography is where its at or even banquets corporate events, etc anything like that.

I signed up for a few of these but pretty much if you want a decent payout you have to keep receipts. YOu can apply for things and products you never evenused if you want. If you want to do it legit there are so many class action lawsuits out there for every product under the sun, you probably qualify for one. Lots of food products like those puff chips. YOu can get a decent reward by coupons but in cash they give you nothing.

I just recently got like 10 coupons for $1 off those puff baked chips but even then its not free I'm geting a buck off a $4 bag of chips. I got one settlement from sprint overcharging or billing wierd, wound up being $1, I got so many 0.50 cent and dollar checks sitting around that I'll probably never even wind up cashing before they expire.

Very few of these actually payout anything even worth the time to signup for. The decent payouts are always for medications but even then you better be able to document that you took the medicine, when, have proof, etc. they did one recently for cypro which is a pretty common antibiotic and I think mayb had a $50 payout.

Here's a good side hustle:

Ghost writing for college students

Set up a good website for "writing" papers and the like. Set a fee, do all of the research, and then mail everything back so the student can get "credit" on the paper.

Even better, write up a separate document transferring the "copyright" of the paper over unequivocally so there's no question of who owns the copyright. Go so far as to say, "You have the right to state that you created this and all derivative works."

This would work best if you know people still in college.
