All about instant gratification. Worse yet (or humorously yet), I have heard that people who get lipo and then start to get fat again - the fat just goes to random places where there are fat cells. So if she can't control her carbs, it will be a trainwreck.

Instead of expending effort to establish better habits that will make lasting, lifelong changes to her core self, she's just throwing a bunch of money at her problems and letting surgeons move around parts of her blubber.

She's taken the easy, unlasting way. And will be exactly back where she was before the surgery within two years. Because all of the shitty habits she's built up that put her there before will put her right back there again.

Five hours under the knife. For a surgeon to remove 5 lbs of fat. Because she's too damn lazy to diet for two weeks.

Masking the symptoms never cures the disease.
