Realized theres a college near by office. I noticed this when I suddenly saw an invasion of girls in backpacks around noonish. Problem is its by popular places people from my job go to get food. Im usually suited up or at least wearing a tie when I go out, but I just dont want to be seen approaching girls by someone I know at my job.

Any suggestions?

I got this one .....

You can go a little bit away from your work place or other venues that you might not like but college kids are there and not your coworkers.

Troll the path that college Girls Travel and find a corner where you can scan if someone you is coming at you from any corner and even if they do, No body knows what are doing. you are talking to your friend's sister, your sister's friend, asking for time etc etc .

Find a way to be at the Source i.e the College , finding info on college classes for yourself or one of your family members , you got the Idea ?

Most of the shit about people finding about you macking is in your head and can and will fuck up your game big time, How Do I know ? I live the tease everyday and train myself to not care any more or avoid being in areas where I know people.

Listen to what Gio says " Conquer your fears " . Do you give a shit if Robert from work thinks you are a player. If Debbie the Office Gossip Queen will spread your casanova reputation at work. Any Kind of rep is good rep ....

Learn to not give a fuck about what people think, I used to give a lots of fucks to people, these days I give Zero.

I agree with everything that Lothario said..

I really have nothing else to add except maybe..

Go onto the college campus. There will be more less and none of your co-workers. (Lothario also recommended this)

Walk 1 or 2 blocks away from your work area to decrease the likelyhood of seeing co-workers. (Lothario also recommended this)

When you talk to girls, don't talk to them in a gamey, just keep it casual so you don't attract attention (Lothario also recommended this)

Okay, I basically just re-worded what Lothario said but I think we covered it all.

If I was in your position I would just go to the college and game the girls there. And, if I saw a cutie off campus I would game her where ever I saw her.

If any of my co-workers said anything I would just lie and say the girl approached me.

great advice from above, just dont really give too much thought about your coworkers and just lie anyway if they ask you. Not a bad reputation to have anyway at work, especially if you are single, as opposed to the opposite view of your love life. Dont pass this opportunity up, I do this all the time, around Manhattan.

Not enough guys are using their lunch hour to get a few approaches in.

Guys will say -- "I don't have time", "Its awkward", etc.

These are often just excuses. We should be chatting up girls in the lunch line, ask them about their orders, discussing their food and restaurant choices, etc.

A short conversation can quickly lead to a number, then a date, then sex.

We shouldn't waste opportunities while out in public.

Ignore the "disconnect", focus on connecting.

You are both people, in the same area, who are both hungry and looking for lunch. You live in the same city, same culture, and you are really not that much different. Maybe, you went to her college, maybe she wants to get into your career. Look for similarities..

Keep it simple:

"hi, how are you, that looks really good"
"wow, that looks delicious"
"hey, did school start over at the university? how are classes going?
"excuse me, let me tell you something really quick, you look great today, are you from around here?"

TrueSlyr I second focusing on connecting rather then the disconnect, seems like you are sold on the disconnect even before you Approach. I will honestly call this defeatist attitude. If you go out approaching like that, girls will smell that and hence the non-connection. Go out thinking you have a lot in common with these girls......

Read this dialogue from Gio on a finding a surgical precision level connection. Try training your eye to girls with Daddy Issues and find connections with them and reap the rewards.

"Older Man Fantasy Game" - Satisfy her curiosity and need for new, exciting experiences;

She has a good relationship with her father. She is fresh out of high school. She is away at college in the big city. What does she want? She wants fun and excitement. Now is her chance to experiment with sex and drugs and try all the things she has been fantasizing about since she was 12 or 13. Fucking an older man is often one of these fantasies.

I take a different tone with these girls. I don't speak to them in a fatherly manner like I would with the other girls. I present myself as a fun, cool, established older guy that can introduce her to the new experiences that she is looking for. I take them to downtown San Francisco for lunch and shopping. I often provide drugs and alcohol. Many times I pick them up at their dorm room and no one knows but her and I. I make the fantasy a reality!

I often dress better when I'm with these girls because it's all about the "cool, older guy vibe".

Its all about identifying and FULFILLING her needs, wants, and desires.

Once you identify her needs, you can begin to address them in the best possible way.

Trust me, younger girls love older guys. It's taboo -- which makes them even more curious about it!!!

I dont know man, but you can really tell a lot about a girl and how she dresses for work. Does she dress well, but not overly flashy? Is she a cool laid back chic in jeans and sneakers, or a newscaster going into work all dressed up? Does she show cleavage and look slutty? I have approached a Fox newscaster, got the number and actually got in an email exchange, but never got further, she had to get back to 'The Five'. I like lunch time game, the chics arent expecting it, and it breaks the monotony of the day.

This is only a problem if you plan to talk about boring stuff and disinterest her. Things like asking her about things you guys don't have much of a connection with, like:

1. Oh what's your major?
2. How long have you been in school?
3. What do you plan to do with your degree?

Or if you think she's going to be interested in stuff like,

1. What's your corporate job?
2. Do you like it?
3. Where do you plan to go with your career?

You know, all questions that BORING ASS AVERAGE college people or BORING ASS AVERAGE corporate people would ask/get asked.

Don't you realize that you're in a world that is strange to her and you have experiences she's never even thought of yet? Even if you didn't do the college thing it's pretty easy to pretend you did or understand what happens. Women love more experienced, wealthier (you're making money, she's spending it), and more interesting men (to her limited college experience eyes).

Your perception is killing your reality. I banged a 19 year old from my night photo class where I cracked jokes with all the other people (almost all older including the professor) not worrying if I'd seem lame or not. I helped her with a setting on her camera ONCE and for the most part ignored her the rest of the time except for the end of class when I got her number and basically had a totally lame conversation with her about horses (she had taken a bunch of pictures of them). Important thing is that I talked about something both of us were interested in, not how my manager had been a total prick that day or how her dad pissed her off because she wasn't home by her curfew over the weekend.

I'm not even close to 19. Girl had a smoking body and drove out to see me on my schedule and did what I wanted to do and was SUPER cool. They're out there dude. Go get 'em. Lunch breaks, college campuses, grocery stores, etc...

This is really a great post and it is a lot deeper and more in depth then it appears. Being an engaging speaker is such an important part of being charismatic. Nothing worse then a boring conversation.
